A tropical paradise
Fantastic place to stay, combining the beautiful nature of Kauai with the luxury of a resort. The (huge) pool and spa (like a little volcano) are amazing. Like bathing in a rainforest with birds and native plants everywhere. Everything was clean. View of the Napali coastline - stunning, from many places at the resort, including the room. You can walk down to the almost private beach which is shared with guests from the resort next door.
Would be good to mention that you simply check-in at reception on arrival, no lockbox with codes etc. Don't wait for the golf buggy at the beach if you're in a rush because they can take ages.

Nice place! Can hear the people in rooms next to you, parking is awful and some staff are helpless
The staff at the resort oversee the privately owned studio. Some are great, while others speed around in the resort golf carts and almost run over you. I did not know that they would come and get you, so we drug our luggage up hill. Also have to fight for parking although you have to pay for it, driving around for 30 plus minutes to find an empty spot.
Parking, shouldn’t have to pay for it if you can’t find any. You do not have a private hot tub or pool as anyone can get in them. They do not check for the orange wristbands
