The views are amazing, you could stay all day watching the bay!
Would be great to know all the fees you need to pay to the hotel, as they were quite pricey on top.

The room is set up for comfort and maximum appreciation of the epic view from the lanai. It is perfect for a couple.
The property was perfect for us. The only thing we would suggest is that the resort fees collected separately from Booking.com should be mentioned in the description so that they are not a surprise expense.

The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The multiple shower heads were a bonus and the grounds of the resort were great including the restaurants.
Parking was always an issue, there was valet that would double park cars and block other cars in. They didn't take long to let you out, but definitely not quick. In the room there was too much cleaner on the nightstand, it was still wet with a slight chemical scent. The carpet was stained and also damp in several spots. The outside table has wax or something on it. Also there was a spoiled milk odor on the rug closest to the front door. The screen to the lanai was not square and did not open and close properly, so we couldn't leave the slider open without letting bugs in. The front door has louvered glass that was chipped and a hand written sign that said not to open. We didn't open, but one of the glass panels fell out when we opened the door. Fortunately it fell on the rug and didn't shatter/chip and I was able to carefully put it back In place. The room was poorly insulated from sound, we could hear the neighboring family and their children pounded on the shared door and tried to open our door until my wife banged on it in response. Also, there was nowhere but the floor to put our luggage. The closet was half used by a mini fridge, coffee pot (no microwave),, and accessories. So the closet wasn't even a good spot for our luggage.

Beautiful resort property. Grounds well maintained. Views phenomenal from our room.
Vacasa’s automated email system was too much without a true human touch.
Room had several little things that detracted from its high quality setting… including finding a prior guest laundry garment…

The view was very good
The resort looked nice, but the unit was a dump. Terribly stained carpet, white mineral stains on the black bathroom counter. A very junky closet with random assortment of kitchen items, cheap beach chairs, broken ironing board. It was at the far end of the property--over a 5 minute walk to pool, lobby. We were fine with that, but others might not like.
Also, even though the room was clean earlier, there was no budging from the 4 pm check in--reception said that was according to the owner. We had flown in from Japan overnight and had a wedding party to go to, so would have appreciated a little flexibility.

The property was really lovely and kept very well by the staff.
There was no microwave in the condo or place to get coffee in the morning or to have a quick bite on property.

We had some serious housekeeping problems when we arrived (dirty clothes left in a drawer and a broken chair) and the Vacasa representatives did their best to alleviate the problems
We had to keep the coffee pot in the bathroom because there was no other space to put it. No comfortable chairs in the room, no table or work surface. Carpet very dirty and everything about the room and bathroom was dated and tired. No housekeeping services or replenishing of toiletries without incurring an extremely high fee. The resort fees and parking fees were much too high. The location in the resort had a great view, but the room was and extremely long and hilly walk from parking and amenities. Way too much emphasis on wasting space on tennis courts. Disappointing overall. We would not stay here again.
