Great stay and perfect location.

The location was fabulous and very central.

The apartment was a little tired and the stairs to the top bedroom were extremely creaky and noisy especially if you needed to go downstairs during the night. The double bed on the first floor was a small double but the sofa was big enough to sleep on as an option.

Very noisy/ creaky stairs at the very top of the property (we know it is an older building, however very noisy and easily woken up when someone moving about at night/ early morning) We would suggest provide more towels per guest (1 large towel, 1 small face towel each) A long mirror in each bedroom would also be helpful.

Stay at Old Lille apartment

The apartment was located by the main square downtown.

The cleaners were late and we had to wait an extra hour and a half for key retrieval from the key box. The apartment is very noisy, all the floors are wooden and everywhere you walk there is cracking of floors. The stairs are steep and not recommended for elderly or people with limited movement/handicapped.

It was ok

The apartment was mainly clean and tidy. It was near all places we wanted to go. It could however have a bit more touch to receive customers. The noise from the stairs to the upper floor was a no go. You can't definitely have a full night rest. Even walking throught the floor it did a lot of noise.

The only positive thing about the property is its location. the price was reasonable

The property was run down and definitely not clean. reminds me of my times in colledge. but I am not there anymore, nor need to be reminded.

The accommodation is in the City centre, very easy to access all the amenities.

Locatie top, appartement matig

De locatie is top in het oude centrum van de stad. Midden in het voetgangersgebied tussen de winkels en restaurants, dicht bij parkeergarage.

Wij snappen de andere lovende reviews echt niet. Mede daardoor hebben we voor het appartement gekozen, wat ons erg is tegengevallen. De locatie is top, maar al het overige is matig. Zo kregen we bij aankomst de badkamer/toilet niet open omdat het slot kapot was, tekenend voor de rest van het appartement. Veel zaken waren erg slecht afgewerkt en/of kapot. De vloeren en trappen kraken enorm en de bedden zijn matig. Servies, bestek, pannen en glazen is letterlijk een bij elkaar geraapt zooitje. De deur van de koelkast was kapot en op heel veel plaatsen was het verval als gevolg van een matige afwerking zichtbaar. Daarnaast er was maar redelijk schoongemaakt. De toegang naar het appartement is op zijn zachts gezegd opmerkelijk, door een oud trappenhuis van een ander gebouw via een patio naar het appartement. Gelukkig is er niets gebeurd, maar bij calamiteiten zoals brand zit je als muizen in de val. Er is maar 1 vluchtweg via dat trappenhuis. En dat alles voor ca 450,- voor 2 nachten. Een matige prijskwaliteit. Blijkbaar een goede fotograaf en Photoshop die mensen kunne verleiden.

Αν ψαχνεις καταλυμα στο κεντρο του Λιλ, εισαι στη σωστη επιλογη

Το καταλυμα βρισκεται σε εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια, λιγα μετρα μακρια απο την κεντρικη πλατεια της παλιας πολης. Βρισκεται σε δρομο με πολυτελη εμπορικα καταστηματα, αρα παρεχει και καποια ασφαλεια το βραδυ. Παρολο που βρισκεται στο κεντρο, εχει ησυχια καθολη τη διαρκεια της ημερας και της νυχτας. Ειναι πολυ ανετο για 3-4 ατομα. Η ομαδα που το διαχειριζεται απανταει αμεσα σε ολα τα μηνυματα.

Το καταλυμα χρειαζεται ενα φρεσκαρισμα στους τοιχους του καθως εχει καποια σημαδια απο τους ενοικους που εχουν μεινει εκει κατα διαστηματα. Οι σκαλες που οδηγουν στη σοφιτα ειναι πολυ στενες και χρειαζεται προσοχη, ωστοσο ειναι κατι που δεν αλλαζει γιατι το σπιτι εχει κατασκευαστει με αυτον τον τροπο. Επισης κατι που προσωπικα μου αφησε ασχημη εντυπωση ειναι η εγγυηση που ζητανε για την αποπληρωμη τυχον ζημιων και για την παραβιαση καποιων κανονων που οριζουν οι διαχειριστες και χωρις την καταβολη της εγγυησης δεν μπορεις να εχεις προσβαση στο καταλυμα. Την ειδοποιηση για την εγγυηση την λαμβανεις μολις λιγες ημερες πριν χρειαστεις το καταλυμα κατι που σημαινει πως αν δεν μπορεσεις να την καταβαλεις, θα χρειαστει να επαναπρογραμματισεις το ταξιδι σου. Καλο θα ειναι να υπαρχει ξεκαθαρη αναφορα για την εγγυηση στην αγγελια του καταλυματος, ωστε να τη διαβαζει ο καθε πιθανος ενδιαφερομενος και να μπορει να προγραμματισει αναλογα τα εξοδα του.

De locatie top! Goei bedden, duidelijke omschrijving. Proper appartement.

Rare plaats om de sleutel te bemachtigen maar best ok. De trappen maakten enorm veel lawaai. 1 vd 2 bedden was echt te smal 140 cm. Het andere was 180 cm.
