It was a puzzle for us to get the keys. The room location was in a different place and the parking was in a different location and the key lockbox was in a different place. They did not provide a proper instructions on how to collect the keys and use the parking. The flat was in the 2nd floor with no elevator service. It was not mentioned to us that the lift service is not available which was not a great experience for us. We had a friend who is just recovering from the accident and it was very difficult for her. Another issue was there a loud music and party happening on our above flat which did not let us sleep the whole night. Positive point: The flat was very clean and tidy. Great location - average poor flat, dreadfull access to the flat.

Clean , well located, very nice and responsive staff support.

Broken items in the flat (lights, doors), windows on the boulevard are too old and let a lot of the noise from the street get through. Access to the flat is very difficult (super narrow corridor like 70cm wide) and super steep narrow stairs to access extremely dangerous or not accessible with young Kids or above 65 years old.

Accommodation was cosy and clean and well decorated. Very spacious and quiet considering its location. Well located by the citadel park, which is worth a walk around.

There are two flights of stairs to the apartment and the second flight in particular has small stairs. This is a circular staircase and I wouldn't expect these would be easy for older people and weren't easy with suitcases. These sairs are the only real negative for the accommodation.

The location is excellent next to the town center and the Citadella park. The flat itself especially the living area is nice, with big French window/balcony, high ceilings

The stairs are far too step and narrow. Unworkable for people with either mobility issues (or just not very fit!) and/or big suitcases. Dangerous It is unfair to customers not too clearly highlight this point in the description. This should not be allowed.

Pretty apartment and convenient location. Check in could have been simplified.

Very nice location and large apartment. Clean. Walkable to the center and close to the river and fortress.

The check in was a bit complicated - It was easily laid out clearly in the instructions and everything was close to each other and walkable, so that was not a problem. But it seemed a bit silly to have the car in one location, the lockbox/keys in another, and then the apartment in a third location.

fantastic stay in this incredibly well located appartment. Perfect for a family stay.

Fabulous apartment, exceptionally well located just by the park. Property itself was spacious and comfortable, lovely high ceilings and view of the nearby park. All facilities you'd expect, appreciated the free coffee pods left for us. Private parking nearby (a few minutes walk away). Great communication from the hosts.

Nothing I didn't like, as mentioned, the communication from the host was excellent so there are a couple of things people should be aware of when booking. 1) very narrow, spiral staircase to get to the flat on second floor, Not suitable if anyone in your party is mobility impaired. 2)The car parking space is in a private underground garage and is narrow. If you have a large car you'll have a problem. We have a Ford C-Max and it was a squeeze. Both these things were clearly indicated by the hosts though, so not a surprise and not a problem for us.

Unfortunately, we did not like the service and we do not recommend the place.

We liked the location. It was close to the Citadel and in walking distance from Grand Place. The flat was beautiful with high ceilings.

The process to collect the keys was very difficult. The keys were in one location, the parking in another location and the flat in a third location. The car park was in a basement, the entrance was very narrow and the slot itself which was confined to two walls was so narrow that the driver struggled to come out of the car. We had difficulty finding the slot as the link had disappeared. Only very basics were provided in the flat. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels. The stairs to the flat were very windy and the flat was on the second floor. The stairs were so windy and uneven, that it was difficult to even carry shopping bags upstairs. Only one radiator was working in the flat. Initially the concierge said they will manage it remotely, when it didn't work, they promised to send an engineer the next day. That person never came and no one followed up on our request.

Fijn appartement voor bezoek aan Lille

Het appartement was ruim, gezellig, schoon en het meubilair was prima in orde. Keukengerei wellicht een beetje karig, vooral als je zelf wilt koken, maar het was voldoende. Verder was er genoeg in huis: meerdere rollen wc-papier, genoeg vaatwasblokjes, handdoeken, bedlinnen (bedden opgemaakt), theezakjes, enkele nespresso capsules, peper, zout en suiker. Ondanks ligging aan wat grotere straten en nabij het centrum, geen overlast van de omgeving. Oude stadscentrum met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand (10-15 minuten). In de omgeving genoeg restaurants en barretjes. Alle met al fijn appartement voor een bezoek aan het mooie Lille.

De parkeergelegenheid (ca. 6 minuten lopen van het appartement) is niet geschikt voor grotere auto's. Wij hebben een VW Touran en die kreeg ik alleen met de grootste voorzichtigheid onbeschadigd op zijn plek. Met een grotere SUV kun je hier niet in. Ik vind dat dit bij boeking duidelijker vermeld moet worden. Alternatief is betaald parkeren op de grote parkeerplaats in het parc citadelle, ca. 5 minuten lopen. Appartement is enigszins gehorig; je hoort de bovenburen lopen, maar zij veroorzaakten verder geen geluidsoverlast! Trap is smal en steil.

Finition : l’appartement mériterait d’être un peu rafraîchi notamment la salle de bains. Pour 5 personnes on ne fait pas le tour avec la vaisselle, au niveau des verres par exemple. Peu stock de première nécessité par exemple pas de papier essuie tout, très peu de savon à mains…

De garage was verder van het appartement dan verwacht eenmaal Daar aangekomen moest ik door een krappe tunnel naar beneden rijden om het vervolgens in een garage te plaatsen dat te klein is voor mijn auto

Très bel appartement bien situé, superbe qualité de la literie et du linge (les draps tendus et propreté parfaite comme dans un palace bravo pour le ménage. Appartement spacieux, silence absolu dans les 2 chambres. Donc vraiment très bien et à recommander.

Cependant un vrai problème à signaler : Il n'y a pas de vérifications du contenu de la boite à clefs avant notre arrivée donc si les clefs de l'appartement n'avaient pas été dans la boîte nous étions "plantés" dans la rue !!! et la gestion étant assurée par une société tierce type callcenter, pas d'action rapide. Ainsi nous n'avions pas le badge du parking dans la boîte à clefs, et aucune solution trouvé par l'hôte si ce n'est de nous envoyer vers un parking public. Donc stationnement dans la rue pendant 5 jours !
