Spacious, working AC, lovely bathroom, large balcony with some view of the sea, friendly staff, walking distance to most parts of the town.

Attentitve host, spacious room, good bed and nice breakfast. Near restaurants/supermarkets and the boat terminal to Greece.

Unfornatelly I have found men hair into the sink...they need more attetion to clean the bathroom.

Perfect location for a quiet time in the busy Sarandë. Everything can be reached by walking and a Spar and mini Market are close. Breakfast was fresh and great every day.

There is little space to hang Clothes for two people in one room.

New accommodation, nice, neat, modern furnishings. We had a Suite with sea view, spacious rooms and a large balcony. Parking was provided in the garage under the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great facilities. The owners are very friendly and will make sure you have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay in the 3B Suites.

We enjoyed our stay at 3B Suites, everything was great, room is spacious, so as the balcony. The beach is couple of minutes walk with comfy sun-beds. Breakfast is great and owners are super friendly and will take care you have everything you need. We will come back definitely :)

The location is subject to quite some traffic if you need to reach the beaches near Ksamil.

A little bit of a walk to the main beach. Ask the staff for directions to a closer beach.

The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was excellent. Also the room was big with a nice view on the sea and the center was really close.

The hotel is brand new , the room was extremely spacious 45 square meter. The bed is very comfortable. Towels were changed every day. It is a family run hotel like most in Saranda. The breakfast was very tasty especially the homemade pan cakes and the croissants. The main street of Saranda with all shops in restaurants is around 10 minutes walk. I will definitely go back 😁 to this place and reccomend to friends .It is great value for money.

Let’s start with the essentials: very clean, new, roomy rooms, nice balcony (mine with a refreshing sea views), ideal bathroom, and, above all, excellent service (¹)… and the best location. There is no a real downtown in Sarandë, where the bus terminal is? It looks a small village with a beautiful promenade, but actually it is much bigger, so it is important to think about. The Saranda’s Kodrra neighbourhood is close to the ferry terminal, less crowded, with amazing restaurants, and just where the best Sarandë beaches are. (¹) This is a run family property, this is not a hotel, this is not a guesthouse, this place was my home in Albania. Sarandë was my last episode, before going back to Barcelona. I had the best starting in Shköder, then Tiranë, Berat and Gjirokastër, and Sarandë was the dreamed happy ending. Once more in Albania, the most valuable one: what a great sense of hospitality! Their owners, a young couple, gave me, if Albania were a stage, the best finale. Bravo Iris and Erjon! I miss you, both are the soul of this cosy property. They are very helpful, she is a charming lady and he is always there to say good night (by the way, wow! The best pomegranate ever). Nice Roze farewell, shumë falemenderit!

Family athmosphere, nice owners, hotel fulfilling all expectations. Very clean room, tasty breakfast, very friendly personel, parking directly under hotel, lift, close to center of Saranda, simultaneously silent place to have a rest. Owner help to arrange using the beach in Saranda Palace - just 100 m from the hotel.

Is a nice and clean hotel, with very nice and serviceminded owners. They are very helpful, and smiling:-) The lobby is cozy and serves a good breakfast with bread, meat, fruit, cheese, eggs, sausage, jam, pancakes, cakes, coffe and juice. All very good, and the lobby also serves as a bar at evenings. The hotel is placed only 10 minutes walk from the ferry, and in a more quiet area than down by the port. Its very close to nice beaches and several restaurants. The owners are always around and are easy to talk to, and gives a little appriciated extras :-)

Sleek modern hotel in a strategic location close to Saranda's port terminal. My room was very large, with a nice terrace and a partial sea view. The staff members have been really nice, and even helped us parking our car in the tiny garage.

This was by far the most expensive hotel in our trip through Albania. While this reflects to a certain extent its quality, still we are not entirely sure the price premium was thoroughly justified.
