Lucky and grateful to have found it.

I felt lucky and grateful to find this clean, modern, well appointed property, with a very caring and resourceful staff, some lovely views and a very large and welcoming common area that serves as a lobby, bar and breakfast room. It felt like home, and I’d like to return with my gamily for a week. Breakfast was “a dream”, with not only all the typical dishes visitors want, but also delicious local items like grilled vegetables, all the ingredients for “Greek” salad and baklava. The location is super. Although it’s a level 10 minute walk to the central boardwalk, there are good restaurants nearby and a beach 50 meters away with cleaner water than downtown. I had mechanical problems with a rental car, and the manager had a staff member lead me to a good local mechanic. It was also great to have plenty of free parking.

AMAZINGLY GREAT.

The property was neat and tidy, got lovely staff especially the receptionist…the lady was way more sweet, she’s ever FABULOUS and did make my stay a memorable one. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, not big, very clean. Two minutes walk from the beach. Not on the main promenade. For that you need a car or walk about twenty minutes. The room is lovely but not too spacious. The whole design of the place is very impressive. Greta, the girl at the reception was simply lovely, sweet, kind and welcoming and helped us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was above expectations. It had an excellent selection. I don't eat gluten or sugar and I had options There is also a parking lot

1. The shower is very nice and well designed but there is no door that closes the shower head and it was very uncomfortable when the water came out. 2. There was no trash can in the room (there was only one in the bathroom). 3. For me the pillow was too high and too hard and I was not comfortable when I slept.

Did not realize the pool was in a bookable room ( that we did not book!) as cover photo has pool my bad for not reading detail was disappointing not to have access to pool - only hotel on our trip not to have pool access - bad choice on our behalf No access to beach beds had to pay - very close to very packed beach

Beautiful new hotel in a great location

Beautiful new hotel in a good location within the city. A short walk to many great bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room with the pool felt like such a luxury. Buffet breakfast was also excellent

A peaceful, well-located stay with amazing breakfast and great staff

I had such a lovely stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I mentioned I was in Albania for my birthday, and they insisted I come down for a complimentary cocktail such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more special. Truly great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

Such a relaxing stay! The location is ideal — close to everything, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The area is peaceful, with no loud noises, which made it perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was 10/10 every single morning — fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Card confirmed booking, but when we got to the property they wanted paid in cash - an inconvenience really especially at a hotel this size. No pool, we booked this hotel thinking there was a pool which there’s no - a bit of a disappointment.

Fantastic Stay!

Dream hotel had very friendly and helpful staffs. The receptionist upgraded our room at no extra cost. We also had the option to request for how we wanted our breakfast to be made, if for any reason we didn’t like what was available. They gave us recommendations on places to visit. And we got a free ride to the Park when we were leaving to Tirana.

I took the jacuzzi room, and it was beautiful! The spacious layout and luxurious amenities made for a relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The breakfast was also a highlight—there was a great variety of fresh options.

There were no challenges during my stay. The hotel accepted my requests and went above and beyond to make it special, which I truly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived there was a little misunderstanding about our room but the manager fixed this immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Also the breakfast (included) was very good and there was a lot to choose. We would recommend this hotel to everybody.

he experience at Hotel Dream was marvelous! Brand new hotel, very clean, very luxurious for the price I paid. The view was gorgeous and staying at the balcony was like paradise. It was an extraordinary satisfaction coming back to the hotel room and finding a cold champagne and elegant glasses in the fridge after spending hours at the beautiful beach this hotel offers. Fresh fruits after being under the sun for many hours…so refreshing. The beach is very close to the hotel, the view is very pleasant that makes you enjoy the stay there. The parking space was guaranteed and the receptionist and all people there help you in parking the car. I was very satisfied with the owner, Mariol, who was always there to ask how our stay was or if we needed anything at all! All the time smiling and they never got tired of answering to all of our questions about where to go and what to visit not just in Saranda but also in other cities near by. The food was another satisfaction! Fresh vegetables and meat coming from the farms near by, the fresh fish were so delicious that every meal was another great experience! The cook always made sure he made all the dishes according to our expectations. I left Saranda with the thought that I will go back at the same hotel next year. It felt like at home.

Prime beach location

Yusty in reception was more than helpful , as he helped in moving the car out of the prk and put our luggage in the car. The girl in reception was wonderful and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the suite for 10 days and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hotel staff were outstanding and the hotel was clinically clean. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back.

The staff are absolutely phenomenal! I’ve never been to such a welcoming hotel and the level of cleanliness and sanitation was beyond compare! And I am a germaphobe… you could literally eat off the floors in this hotel. I am well travelled and stay at 5 star hotels everywhere, this experience was one of the best!

If the fridge and AC remained on while the keycard was out of the wall when I left. Easy fix-request an additional keycard to keep in the room! Otherwise, one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and seriously plan to come again when I return to Europe!
