Really nice and helpful staff, room was spacious and really clean, modern bathroom with all necessary amenities, comfortable bed and great location - close to everything important. :)

Quite poor breakfast (a few options only to choose from the buffet) but for that was already served - fresh and tasty, so that's good. :)

Comfortable place in a good location

A comfortable place to stay in the city center with polite and helpful staff. Many good cafes literary around the corner like Sicilia (for breakfast and deserts), Munchen (for meat), FABRIKA COFFEE (for good coffee), La Parisienne (for deserts) etc. Several parks within a couple of minutes walk each. Decent breakfast, no need to look for any other options unless you missed time when it is served. If you are renting a car, there is a multistorey parking (Parking Garaža 1 - Novaka Miloševa), which is good for a night stay.

No really recommendable

Some of the staff were friendly and had a nice sense of humor. But this doesn’t really outweigh the negative aspects.

The entry is in a dimly lit through way of a commercial building, at night at looks a little deserted. I arrived late, they were just duvet covers and I had to put them on the duvet myself. The carpet floor in my room looked like it’s at least 20 years old and poorly cleaned. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide slippers either. The drinking glasses weren’t clean either. There was also no drinking water in the room, and as the shops were already closed, the only thing the night porter would offer was to buy a small bottle of water from the bar for 3 €. Warm water didn’t work properly either, but luckily they fixed it the next day. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was very good. The room and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was very filling and coffee was good. Location in city is very central enable us to reach public transportation very easily. Staff was particularly friendly and always helpful

Comfort in a great location in a surprising city

Podgorica is a much maligned city. We found it very interesting and the Hotel Carine a great base to explore from Location is amazing, there must be at least 50 bars and restaurants nearby and nothing is far Room is comfortable with excellent shower and facilities

Bizarrely the bathroom has a window facing onto the bedroom which gives far too clear a view of my travelling companion performing his morning ablutions. It also lit up the room if the light was turned on during the night

Clean but dated

Location is excellent and staff are friendly. The rooms are surprisingly quiet given the location and we had a good night sleep. The bed sheets and bathrooms were clean despite the decor, carpets etc being outdated and stained.

Air con wasn’t great, it was only 22 degrees during our stay, so wouldn’t want to be there when it was any hotter. Hotel is just overall dated but if you are not worried about that and just want a clean bed in a good location then it does the job.

The location is very walkable to all restaurants and close to the bus station.

Too many people smoke right at the door and it comes into the lobby and restaurant - but this is a City wide problem, worse that Tirana, Duress and other recent trips including Kotor where I am now.

Perfect

The service was great, the location is perfect, big room and very clean. Milica at the reception was really helpful and with amazing service, exacly the top quality you will expect from such hotels that make your vacation perfect. I strongly recommend about this hotel and you can make aure you will get everything you need from the service at the reception from Milica and her colleagues.

The heating system could not be adjusted, it was either on or off, so it was either very hot or cold in the room. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice hotel with a lovely staff

The hotel is located directly in the center of downtown area. In the same building there’s an Aroma store and the tourist office of Podgorica. All good restaurants, some parks and the old town are in fair walking distance. Bus/train station is also in walking distance if you don’t have much luggage. We liked the breakfast buffet very much as it offers all one could wish for (kind of continental breakfast) though not offering much local stuff. WiFi had good signal -even in the room- and decent bandwidth, TV had (working) Netflix app. Last and most important to mention: The hotel’s staff is absolutely lovely, in the restaurant and especially at the front desk!

During our stay they were renovating a building that our room‘s window was facing so there was some noise during the day. Also in the late evening it can get a little noisy because in the neighboring pedestrian area there seems to be some live music in the evenings. This is of course not the hotel’s fault but maybe guests should know about it.

The staff was friendly and wanted to help, but only the women who was there during the day talked english. We could not get any help from the other staff, bc they did not understand english quite well. The room was almost clean, it could have been vacuumed better The decorative pillows on the bed was old and worn. Not pretty.

Location is their biggest plus, in the very center of the city. For a 4star hotel rather big rooms. Excellent service on the fornt desk, Milica was our receptionist and she was extremely nice and helpful..

Parking not the easiest to find, the sign/info for the hotel entrance could have been better displayed. Rather loud AC in the room. No bar.

Superb

I had a great experience at this hotel in Podgorica. Its central location meant I was surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, immersing me in the vibrant city atmosphere. Despite an initially peculiar entrance, the interior exceeded my expectations with modern rooms and a helpful staff who promptly resolved any issues. The breakfast provided was also good, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic service and very polite staff

Me and my wife stayed here from 5th to the 9th of March. The hotel was clean and immaculate. The rooms were a great size and up to date. The breakfast was lovely too. And the service from the breakfast staff and receptionists was fantastic. They were all very helpful and made it us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend coming here and will come again.
