Breakfast !! Scrambled eggs wasn’t original eggs, Buffett looks more like all incl tourist offer, complimentary water but in plastic bottles :( not really sustainable thinking and price sorry to say to expensive! Parking not included. It’s podgorica and not London or Berlin.

lot of work needs to be done in management for the hotel to once again deserve a 5-star rating.

The location and the staff are friendly. The breakfast and the staff, especially the gentleman with red highlights, are very kind and make a real effort to make guests’ stay more enjoyable. I would just recommend that they develop the habit of greeting guests when they pass by.

The hotel is definitely not worthy of a 5-star rating. The carpets in the hallways are very dirty, the rooms could be better maintained, and there is limescale in the shower cabins. There is damage to the pool tiles, and a sauna at 60 degrees is not usable.

The rooms are quiet, cozy and clean. The hotel is located in the center within walking distance to many restaurants. We recommend this hotel especially if you want to discover the old city. Also, the staff is super professional and friendly.

We reserved the room for an earlier date then requested a date change. Even though Booking.com confirmed our request, we later figured out that the confirmation never got through the hotel desk. When we arrived, we basically had a cancelled reservation, making things a little bit complicated and frustrating. But the hotel management quickly investigated the issue and granted us a cozy stay at their amenities, correcting the mistake originating either from Booking.com or from themselves. But, in any case they tried hard to assist us, and they won our hearts :)

Beautiful hotel with great rooms and staff, but the spa and food didn’t meet 5-star expectations.

The hotel has beautiful, spacious rooms and excellent front desk staff — very welcoming and professional. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable and pleasant.

The spa experience was disappointing. A week before our stay, we were told the saunas were out of order, so we appreciated the honesty and postponed our visit. This time, we called in advance to confirm everything was working and were assured it was, but upon arrival we found the pool was ice-cold (about 18°C) after the water had been changed the day before. All the guests ended up crowding into the tiny jacuzzi, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. The food also needs improvement — room service was overly salty and not tasty, and breakfast was very basic for a 5-star hotel. The coffee machines made sweet coffee, one ran out of water unnoticed, and for a hotel of this level, guests should really be offered freshly brewed coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is good but some improvments are necessary

1. I liked SPA services 2. The breakfast was good but a bit expensive 3. The room was big and nice 4. The location of the hotel is quite good

1. The cofee/tea facility in the room are poor: there is no coffee cream at all, also if you call to the room service. And the same with a tea - there is no either normal green tea nor a fruit tea. 2. The quality of the toiletries was really poor: the smell was like a laundry soap, what is called conditioner wasn't a conditioner. 3. There was no basic facility in the room as a sewing kit, higienic kit and others what you can expect at 5 stars hotel 4. The maintenance of part of the roon equipment needs to be improved - peeling door in the bathroom, failing out from their place a toilet paper holder, a push button of the splash in the toilet. The towels we got were not in full sets for all the tenants.

Kid’s menu are actually for toddler size whereas my kids are under 9. I had to order them an adult portion which was not really ideal. That was for room service.

For the price Hilton charges here, the overall experience is disappointingly poor.

The bed was genuinely comfortable — great mattress, pillows and duvet — but almost everything else fell short. On evening a strong cigarette-smoke smell poured in through the bathroom vent; it was so bad my eyes watered. Décor and fittings feel decades out of date, the sink barely drained, and the tub’s stopper leaked. The corridor outside our room also reeked of smoke at night. Parking costs €20 per day and free spots nearby are virtually non-existent. For the price Hilton charges here, the overall experience is disappointingly poor.

Exceptional!

We loved EVERYTHING! While travelling, we needed a super cozy place to spend a couple of nights just to refresh between our trips, and Hilton in Podgorica was the best! Especially, fantastic swimming pool and SPA area, plus the location in the center of the city. We loved that it has cafe bar on the groundfloor, but for the night there is a beautiful Sky Bar with a marvellous view on the mountains and the night city! All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and kind, they helped us with every question we had. Very tasty breakfast and filter coffee, plus super delicious local food (meat, different types of cheese, etc), and for lunch there was a very tasty local veal cream soup. The room was also very cozy and special, with a bathroom and shower, very beautiful view, big bed and super fresh and soft bed sheets :) Highly recommend this hotel for everyone!

It was the perfect last 3 night of our 3 week stay visiting family for three weeks in Montenegro!

Relaxing stay

Everything from the reception, rooms and amenities. The restaurant, sky bar, jacuzzi, sauna, inside pool were all offered amenities upon booking. The location is at the center of the city, near to shops and restaurant. Staff were friendly. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Podgorica

Just the mug was not clean, we called them and they changed it right away. Also found some dust particularly in the bathroom, toiletries containers. For a hotel this price cleanliness must be prioritize.

Central City Comfort

The Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora enjoys an excellent location within easy walking distance of Independence Square and the vibrant city center, making it an ideal base for exploring Podgorica's attractions. While the bar doesn't serve cocktails, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it encouraged me to try the local rakija—a traditional spirit that proved to be even more delicious and authentic than any cocktail could have been.

No significant drawbacks were experienced during my stay at this centrally located property.

We arrived earlier than planned, and the staff was very accommodating — they let us check into our rooms as early as 12 PM. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Great experience overall!

Not so good.

The staff were very unkind and very eager to argue. And the only hotel in the world where the deposit is 100% of the price and you have to reffil the deposit daily, for example you pay for the whole stay at the check in and that night you order room service in the morning they ask for deposit refill. One more thing the guy who refils the mini bar doesn't even knock, he just unlocks the door and comes in. Unbeliveable.

The hotel need renovation

We came two hours early to the check in they wanted 40€ for early arrival. We got in the elevator twice, two of the three elevetaros were broke. The heated pool was on 24 degrees instead of the proper 31 degrees. In The bathroom the shower handle did not work, and ceramic was also broken. The hight of the bathroom was dangerous and we slipped. And the parking garage was 20€ which is outrageous

Unfortunately unpleasant stuff. They let us to wait check in at 14 despite we arrived at 09. We waited with kid couple hours. It s not fair for that brand hotel. Also insisted for forward deposit even I don’t want that.

It was not possible to estimate the location. I would like a wider choice for breakfast, but the offer of local dishes is very interesting.

It would be nice if something was done with the faucet in the bath, water spills on the floor when you take a bath.
