Great locaction and spa but not the best sleeping conditions

Location was very good. Sports massage was great. I believe based on previous reviews they seem to have renovated many rooms.

We stayed monday-wednesday in July and we could hear bars and parties all night. We have been seeing it from other reviews but thought it was only at weekends. It was not possible to cover the whole windows with the curtain in our room (40 cm open space on the side) so it got very bright in the morning and little privacy as people could see straight into our room.

Comfortable, central hotel with WOW spa!

Great, central, small hotel. Walkable to all the main sights, and set on a pedestrianised road. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The absolute hidden gem was the spa - wow!! It was absolutely beautiful and great value for money. A complete surprise. A lovely way to pass the evening before an early flight home. Easy transit to airport, hotel arranged taxi.

The rooms are a little dated in design and decor, but it is exactly as advertised so no complaints! Clean, comfortable and the perfect crash pad for us.

Reasonable pricing, comfortable. We were upgraded to a bigger suite free of charge. A number of spa treatments available that are very reasonably priced. Ideal location as everything is at walking distance.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, only living room and the duvet was a bit too thick for summer season. We left the bedroom door open to get cool air from air conditioning unit to trickle into the bedroom, otherwise it was too hot to sleep in.

We received a very warm welcome. The bed in our room was very comfortable.

It's a shame that there's so much noise disturbance from the parties around the hotel. We stayed there on a saturday night.That way, you don't get any peace and quiet in your room.

Beyond expectations.

Our room was upgraded to an apartment with no extra cost. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a small, well equipped kitchen and living area. Central location. Breakfast is sumptuous. The apartment is cleaned every day with a change of fresh towels.

Only 1 small waste bin was provided for the apartment.

It was in an amazing location and has a great spa

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it includes parking in its facilities. The hotel is in the center of the pedestrian area there is DEFINITELY NO PARKING. There is a public parking close by but the hotel has no reserved places or reduced rates . So it’s just luck if you find a place or not. I think the hotel can not include parking as a facility as the parking does not belong to them! In my opinion To be honest in the description It should say “ public parking available close by”

Well-priced and well-located rooms with a few quirks

The location is incredible, and the price is good for the quality of the room. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.

There's a reason my window was frosted: it opens onto an a/c unit. Despite it being cool outside, my room was tropical when I arrived, which seems to have been due to the neighbouring spa centre. I had to turn on the a/c to cool it down. The breakfast spread was average.

Luxury hotel in central location

The hotel is in an ideal central location, and just around the corner from a popular walkway with bars and live music. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel spa was also very good.

Despite requesting a quiet room, I could still hear the nearby music and revelries late into the night - but this was not the hotel's fault! (the great location more than made up for the little bit of weekend noise I could hear).

The location was very nice. The staff were always carring and helping. The room was spacious and cozy furnished and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom with the shower including massage shower and radio was nice. The spa was perfect after the work. I liked also the tasty breakfests with fine variety of selection. I liked also the time of serving breakfest which was from 7 a.m.

I found only some insignificant shortcommings. The lock of the door to the room was unusually slow. The doors of the shower would need some maintenance for the correct functioning. The shower head would be fine to clean from water stone more often.
