Not a fan

The hotel is in a good spot in the city. Interior design of the hotel is quite nice and modern. The cafe below is also a nice spot to hang. After our disagreement about car parking, they agreed not to charge us for it.

The room has all the noise of the city. Not good sound isolation. The beds are not comfortable at all. Pillows are like thin paper. The heating system is not working good. We had to turn on AC to heat up the room. Ground heating was not working. The staff who checked us in was not welcoming. They had "Parking" in their facilities. this was why we had chosen this stay. However, when we arrived with our car, they told us to park our car in town park, and their hotel does not have a parking area. The car park they showed us was on another street. We had parked there, and the other day when we were checking out, we were told parking was 10 Euros extra.

New hotel in the city centrer, nicely decorated.

Very very slow internet, almost not working. Breakfast is ok, but you can only pick up one thing to eat and one drink (second coffee you pay). Also you are not allowed to open your laptop at the cafeteria-breakfast; you need to go upsairs (sign: "WE ARE NOT YOUR OFFICE" -it's ok but I am sure there are more friendly approaches).

Great location very close to all the action. Room was nice and on the back side of the building, away from the crowded road.

Breakfast was not very rich, though with good service. Only 4 free parking spots that were occupied when we arrived. The receptionist referred us to a nearby parking for 0.6 Euro per hour. Warm but not hot water in the shower.

Large, clean and stylishly furnished room with all the facilities provided for a comfortable stay. Cafe next door also nice, visited before and after our stay.

The curtains for the window were very thin and could do with being switched for blackout, as a lot of light came through from street lights and billboard outside. There is also an odd glass wall with a similar thin curtain between the bathroom and bedroom which would also be better thicker for modesty, especially in a twin room shared by friends.

Exceptional hotel that won't break the bank.

The staff were great. The rooms are super spacious and the bathtub in the room was super luxurious.

The glass wall against the shower was a little weird - especially because you can see your partner on the toilet haha.

Great reception staff, lots of advice . Lovely looking room and pleased with the shutters!

Booked because they had a cool looking bath in the room but the water wasn’t warm enough to use it (tepid in the shower too). If I’m paying a lot of money (this is expensive) I expect the water to be hot!

Best hotel to stay at in Podgorica – highly recommended! It’s perfectly located in the city Center next to restaurants and bars and beautifully furnished. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is served in a lovely café you can enter directly from the hotel. Parking costs €10 - there are a few spots right in front of the entrance to text them before arriving. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip – and would definitely come back anytime.

The breakfast was provided by the coffee shop. The options were delicious. The room was tidy and clean. The personnel were helpful and smiley. Everything was almost perfect.

The pillows might be more puffy. Although I used 4 of 4 the pillows, I would need another 4 to have a puffy feel. The mini refrigerator was okay but the cooling was poor. That would be great if there were more options to eat in the breakfast.
