Overall the stay was good but staff was so pathetic
Your staff they don’t know how to greet guest i think they don’t even knowhow to say thank first this hotel management need to work on customer service 0 rating for staff they need to learn how to speak how greet and how to talk with customer I know Language is different but behaviour are same in every country. I hope the owner or Manager should look after it i would have suggested this hotel to other but only because of staff i will not recommend this hotel .have to work on your staff.
