Inexpensive hotel near restaurants/shopping that has seen better days. In safe neighborhood.

Good size room within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had an included breakfast that was custom prepared to our liking. Bathroom was spacious. Sheets and towels were clean. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Inexpensive relative to other options but based on what we didn't like, would stay at a different property next visit.

This property had a TripAdvisor 9.0 rating from a few years ago hanging on the wall. The rooms appear to have fallen on hard times. Other reviewers noted the music from the nightclub nearby as an issue - it rained most of the time so we only heard it indoors once or twice. Room issues: lights not working (bedside lamp replaced, three ceiling LEDs not repaired during a 4 night stay), floor wet after shower, carpets frayed, blanket on bed looks like it hadn't been recently washed, in room fridge did not chill, and while the rooms are purported to be nonsmoking - the purifiers in the nonsmoking and smoking breakfast room were such that the reception area and hallway always smelled of tobacco smoke. It clung to our clothes when coming in/out of the hotel.

A nice hotel in Podgorica, with very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay here, located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Podgorica. The staff are very kind, friendly, conversational and approachable which is perfect in a hotel like this.

Disappointing experience

The staff was very nice, it is somehow nearby the centre, the apartment is big, parking for free in front of the hotel.

Lots of small things who would be easy to fix...unfortunately it looks like they dont care much, the toilet was dirty, furniture seems like they took used one, walls are dirty, the sheet on the bed was too small for the mattress and ^vanished^ during sleep. Restaurant with loud music nearby...

Bad customer service

Breakfast

Customer service was horrible. Tv was not working and when we reported nothing was done . Went back to reception and was told someone will come the next day. Eventually someone came around 4pm the next day to fix it. Also I asked if a late checkout around 5pm was possible and hotel said yes only to be told on our day of checkout that we had to leave at 12 because there was a mistake. I enquired whose mistake as my flight was not till 8pm that is why I booked in the first place. Staff said there was nothing they could do and would not let me talk to manager as he knew about the situation but asked we leave at 12. No bins on the room, we had to tie our rubbish and leave outside the door. Would not recommend

Fabulous location for getting around, a good choice, 15 mins walk to bus/train station.

The location was great - easy walking distance pretty much everywhere. Staff were fabulous, hotel was clean, nice little seating area outside for smokers.

Bar over the road so if you are noise sensitive be aware, breakfast could have been better, but was adequate, and served with a smile so not a deal breaker.

Nice hotel with super staff

Staff very friendly, the reception team and kitchen staff are the best. Close location to City center. We had 2 rooms next to each other as requested. We received also lunch packets because of early departure.

No elevator. The materace could be replaced with new one, though I slept well.

Comfortable rooms but no sound proofing

We stayed for 1 night before travelling out of Podgorica, we were given a large apartment with 2 rooms, which was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms and bedding were clean. Due to an early flight we didn't have the breakfast and this could not be prepared for us as reception is not open 24/7.

No sound proofing. The hotel is very close to a restaurant/bar and there was a party going on. It went on till about midnight, the noise was very loud in the room. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep considering that we needed to leave at 4.30am due to an early flight. The bathroom needs an upgrade.

Room was not cleaned, behind the TV and bed was a lot of dust. Very dirty 🫣. Breakfast was very poor. Nothing to eat. No choice. Location very bad. The hotel is located on the outskirts. no one around.

Affordable and in a close proximity to the city centre. Staff was friendly and very helpful during check in. Hotel is very fair, not great and not terrible, excellent value for money.

Bed was not comfortable at all, which was the most important thing for me and ruined my stay. Everything else was good.

A relatively small hotel, in a convenient location, although a bit out of the way. The room was very comfortable, as described, with all the listed amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful - especially Mrs. Mija at the reception - a very helpful person! Several breakfast options to choose from, tasty and filling. Good coffee. Very good value for money, in a convenient location, approx. 15-20 minutes' walk to the center and tourist attractions, approx. 25-30 minutes' walk to the bus and train stations.

Location - on the one hand, relatively close to the center and off the beaten track (a plus), but not very obvious access, quite a steep descent to the street below the hotel, gravel road.

Staff was nice, though very inexperienced and slightly incompetent.

Rip off! Airport Shuttle is not included, price of 20€ exceptionally high, was only told about this when we were out in the middle of nowhere. Driver threatened not to take me there. Take a taxi, it will only cost 8€ and be much less of a hustle. Location: to walk there from downtown, you need to cross through a slightly sketchy area.

Great value for a solo traveller with the liveliest and bar/night a short walk away.

Ideal position and walking distance to the city centre. All the reception staff made me feel valued and were able to assist me as and when required. Manager, Boris always at hand and resolved a car hire difficulty that arose.

Some guests may prefer a buffet style breakfast but for me it was nice to waited on for a change.

Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. I had grilled vegetable sandwiches for breakfast every day and they were so so delicious!!!

OK stay, expected better from photos and description

The room and the bathroom were basically OK and as shown.

However, the area, even though close to the center, is peculiar--bad roads to approach by car and on foot etc. The Hotel has no elevator. The breakfast was really basic--and they asked to select 1 of about 6 selections the evening before. The room was very hot when we checked in, nobody bothered to prepare it. It seems it is being advertized as 4 stars... 1 star was removed or dropped from the rooftop display...

I was horrified by the location as I drove up. The hotel is located in an area lower than a main road with unsealed roads, overgrown vegetation and dogs hanging out near overflowing garbage bins. Frankly, I cannot believe these surroundings are present within 500m of the centre of a European capital. It is a shame as I genuinely thought the staff were great. The beds are definitely shorter than most hotels - I have seen management dispute this (I have Gold status with both Marriott Bonvoy and Accor)

General cleanness was good. Some of the staff were 100% good. Candies and waffles are nice gesture. ACs were working great.

The hotel is in disrepair. There is a lot of repair work to be completed. The content of the breakfast should be increased. The use of cheese and bread left over from the previous day should be abandoned. The volume of the music playing during breakfast should be reduced so that it remains in the background. And when customers want to reduce the volume, staff shouldn't ask why. The number of personnel working at the same time should increase. I wonder who will come if I pull the emergency rope while I'm falling in the bathroom.

On Booking this hotel is shown as 4stars, which it is not. Hotel itself claims to have 3 stars, which is also very doubtful- it is not clean, very poor breakfast, no elevator, located in a strange domestic area with a lot of street dogs and no restaurants
