Hotel Laguna

Positive: Room was quiet. And big, bigger than we needed indeed. When I was carrying luggage one of the staff offered to help as it was 3 long flights of stairs That's about it

For a big room - ONE TINY air con unit. It was a scorching day and the hotel did not bother to pre-cool the room. I checked and it was 34 C IN the room at check in. It finally got under 27 C by MIDNIGHT! I did mention this to a staff person and he said maybe we can move rooms, but not followed up Would not even offer a cool water or anything to help, had to pay 2x the market price (because they are a restaurant) Bathroom has a GIANT water heating tank in a very awkward placement, begging to be run into, especially in the dark And because the room is in the attic, ceiling slopes, meaning if you are tall, you WILL bump your head. Staff was a bit short at check in. Check location in is not clear, it is actually in the bar. Nobody greets you until you go past multiple tables of people eating. We asked for an earlier to-go breakfast and while I understand that it is an extra request, the staff member could have politely said, sorry, we do not have that option, instead she answered with disgust. Parking lot is not marked, not secured, is outside the fence of the hotel, and is not even paved (rolling luggage is impossible)

The room was big and clean , had tv and was comfortable . Food was nice and stuff was very friendly

fair hotel for short stay. easy to reach on the way. restaurant has a nice menu. also for breakfast you can order from the menu. large bathroom.

needs a renevotion. i think it's family business, so there was a single young lady to serve for the diner and also for check in. the hotel is not too big. so it wasn't a problem for us. we stayed in the first floor. so other guests passing by our door and had all the noises

The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the room we were given was very spacious. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We booked with breakfast and this was huge with a very good menu selection. The hotel is great value for money and we would return again.

The hotel was quite far from the centre, but we knew this when we booked it. This isn't a complaint, but more for information. The walk into the centre takes around 45 minutes.

I loved it! It was clean, comfortable, the workers were really smiley people, and the breakfast was delicious!

They might give some bath products to the guest such as mini size shampoo, shower gel, etc but it’s not mandatory.

Extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. Close to the center of a lovely town with ample shopping and excellent bicycle and electronics shops

The stuff were very nice. We've booked twl rooms and checked in in less than an hour. They accept cards, so you do not have to spend cach. The room is small, but clean and quite convenient. A free parming Breakfast was great and they offer several options of it, too. Freak breakfast and checkout hours.

The wifi had no internet. The pillows are very thick, it was hard for me to sleep. It is a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's like 10 minutes.

Perfect value for money. Cozy room with classic dark wood furniture. The restaurant (where you have breakfast) is beautifully designed. Food is good (we didn't dine but had a breakfast - omelet, scrambled egg, pancakes, cakes, coffee and tea). Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is facing a beautiful hill/mountain with cypress trees.

I haven't found a single grocery store / minimarket nearby. You are connected to the city centre (40-50 min walk) by a track which gets really muddy and puddled after the rain. Other than that, everything was great.

the shower knob was not working so i couldn’t take shower on the leaving day 🙁 they offered another room but i had no time. also wi-fi was not working in the rooms just close to restaurant it was working.

The breakfast and service made our stay a really nice break on a long journey. Room was clean and everything we needed. Thank you.
