Friendly staff, pet-friendly, but laundry was an issue

The staff were very kind and helpful, and there is parking available for cars. Pets are allowed, which was a big plus for us.

The only downside was that the laundry service wasn’t working. They offered to do the washing the next day, but since we were only staying one night, that wasn’t an option for us.

Parking was available and it was near the airport.

It was very old looking. Two of the beds were hard. The other bed was way too soft. We had to leave early and there really wasn’t anything for breakfast.

Very very friendly staff. Two kind ladies and friendly guy. All the time asking me is everything fine and do I need something else. Even bring a fruit to my room. Free of charge.. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my reason of travel.

A friendly place, with clean and freshly decorated rooms.

I arrived late by bicycle, welcome was friendly and in for a friendly chat. While there was no real bikeparking I was allowed to store the bike in the storeage area. So it was safe and I did not have to drag it up the stairs to the room.

Breakfast was not quite ready at the specified time, in the hurry they forgot to offer tea/coffee, but in the end it was all there and I could continue my trip well fed.

Very friendly staff, location of the hotel and the fact that the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of foods, which i’m sure is only local produce. The cook will prepare you fresh breakfast, i found that very nice. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, AC was working as it should, as it was very hot in Podgorica when we were staying there.

Great stay for the money would book again

Breakfast was great freshly made eggs and friendly staff made it even better. I had couple of request like extra towels and I got them fast and with a smile, room was a little small but I we were not doing anything work related so it was fine.

Shower size and that is the only thing it could be better in my opinion water pressure was strong and hot water readily available

Nothing...literally nothing is good about this hotel.

Room is very dirty. Some parts in bathroom are broken. First day I didn't have water and hotel didn't do nothing about that. They charge me and the and 50€ more. Breakfast is very poor. In short I don't recommend.

The staff

The only good thing about the hotel is the staff. Everything else is bad. Wifi is intermittent: My video conferences were interrupted several times. There is an old unpleasant smell in the rooms: either it smells of cigarette smoke or dust from shanties that have probably never been washed. There was a towel on the window sill in my room: probably the windows are leaking. Kettle with scale, tea and coffee bags covered with dust. The pillow, I think, is already 10 years old as it is time to retire: it is all in lumps and very uncomfortable. There is a safe, but the batteries are dead, but there were no new ones. I was offered to open and close it with a key. The hotel looks old and run down, nothing like the photos. But the staff is lovely, so I put more than 1.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an early check-in and our room was ready in time. We were offered help to get our luggage upstairs (3d floor). The breakfast was good

Photos of the room didn't match reality at all. We booked Deluxe Double Room, but what we got, in reality, looked like an economy double room. We didn't realise it right away and found it out only later when were writing a review. Maybe it was a simple mistake, but it's a bit disappointing as we paid more to get a small room.
