Reception Staff are outstanding.

The staff. The receptionists went out of their way to assist us. They were so accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Delicious food with so much variety.

The shower was slow draining but it was fine for our short stay. We were next to cleaners closet and they kept slamming the door. Even late at night. Still I believe the reception staff deserve the high score.

Nice hotel in Podgorica

We had a pleasant stay in Hotel Keto. The room was nice, the receptionist was lovely, the breakfast was very good and there was free parking. It is also very close to downtown Podgorica.

The road next to the hotel is quite nosy.

Best breakfast in my 10 days in Montenegro. Has a good bar. Hotel receptionists, waitresses are all helpful.

Requires 10 minute walk to reach center. Rooms need a restoration.

It’s just fine

Nice place to stay for a couple of days. I bit distant from the city centre but it’s only a 20 min walk. There’s a good restaurant at the hotel too

Not again my friend, this is unacceptable

Room was spacious and relatively comfortable.

Smell of dust and sewage as we entered the room. Horrible. It was already late so we stayed, but it was horrible. There was a wet t-shirt left in the shower as well, which meant cleaning is questionable at best. One of, if not the worst experiences in the hotel room.

Good hotel if you really need to stay in Podgorica

Great Breakfast and very good restaurant! The employees were so nice they even gave a "souvenir" to my daughters!

Unfortunately the hotel is close to a main road which makes the place noisy.

Good breakfast, not too far to walk downtown

The breakfast had a decent selection and the restaurant has a pleasant terrace AC and TV worked well, there was a coffee machine in the room.

The room smelled a bit dank. You can hear everyone outside your room, coming and going on the hallway at all hours. The walk to/from downtown can feel overwhelming with luggage or on a hot day.

Convenient and great breakfast

The hotel was easy to find just off the highway and there was parking right in front. Our room was comfortable with a couch and chair and small kitchen area with a table and chairs, and well stocked with amenities that we might have needed. We arrived later in the evening and were able to enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant downstairs. In the morning the hotel breakfast buffet was wonderful with fresh eggs, bacon and sausages, croissants, meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, and delicious coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The easy access to the highway also meant that there was some road noise, but it didn't bother our sleep.

the staff were so friendly, this was the best costumer service I’ve received in my life. the breakfast was good too and they hotel staff curated activities and helped us with transportation around Montenegro. Mr.Keto himself was the most helpful host. I rate it a 10/10 and will visit again

The hospitality is next to none, from Mr keto himself to the front desk officer to every staff. we couldn’t ask for a better host. They helped us with transportation across Montenegro, They curated the best activities and places to visit, And for every time we needed anything from front desk she was kind enough to help and always did it with a smile. To be honest this is the best customer service I have received from anyone. They are absolutely the best. The room is great. They gave us full apartment instead of room for 3. Very friendly stuff and nice restaurant with delicious food. Wifi very fast and parking for car or motorbikes.
