Free use of the kitchen with tea/coffee facilities. Strong showers, clean room. Close to the bus station, restaurants and supermarkets.

A quiet city.

Pretty close to the downtown core. We were there on a Sunday and everything was closed. Otherwise, easy to get around.

Strange place

Somewhere in the middle between the center and the train and bus station. The best restaurant in town is right around the corner.

The room was dirty, the elevator was broken, even though „sometimes it works“. Well, that sounds very safe! 😂

Very good location, but not the best place

Very close to everything.

The receptionist was not nice at all, she looked bored. When I asked if there was breakfast possibility, she said no. In front of our room there was a room, with a sign on the door that said breakfast upon request, asked the receptionist. There were coffee machine, musli. And when we left we found a very nice lady at the reception who asked us whether we wanted a coffee. But the bigger problem was the big mold on the wall near the airconditioning. And the whole room needed renovation. The elevator was not working.

Wonderful experience!

The hotel is located near the city center, in the vicinity you can find a market, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants. You can reach the city center in just a few minutes of sand. An ideal location if you don't want to waste time on transportation. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away, and the airport is about 15/20 minutes' drive away, depending on traffic congestion. The room has everything you need for your stay. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, which is the most important thing. The hotel staff is really wonderful and ready to help you at any moment. There is also a cafe/gallery on the second floor, a beautifully crafted place with a special artistic touch.

Really large room

The room was huge and had lots of amenities. The bathroom was also massive and the shower was fantastic. The restaurant was closed when we were there as it was Ramadan, but they had a nice menu (which is available in the room already) with very good prices, so it would be a nice option for others.

The room looked fairly clean overall, but the floor was rather dirty and didn't seem like it had been vacuumed.

Unusual place, in a fairly good way, in an unusual city.

Unusual place you could easily walk past (and I did...). Amazingly helpful and friendly receptionist, room was a touch bizarre as it was "inside" the building with the windows opening to a void between there and the actual outside... hard to explain! Everything worked, was comfortable, would probably stop again, although I'd maybe choose somewhere more central (it's near the "old town" which isn't, really. Definitely one of the more unusual places I've stopped and none the worse for that.

The lift goes to floor 3 only if you're not good with stairs. Cash only.

Lovely hotel located centrally with lots of shops and amenities nearby. The staff were always very welcoming, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for any requests. Overall a great experience

Staff make this place amazing

The Guy who seems to endlessly work and run the whole hotel ( I think he may be called Danilo). This guys is an absolute legend, can not help you enough and full of knowledge. He singlehandedly makes this hotel worth the visit. Great guy who I would employ in a heartbeat..

Hotel is really tired which I don't think was helped by Covid but its immaculate and everything works. Comfy beds, hot showers great heating in the winter.
