Excellent first night in Montenegro

Breakfast was very well appointed. Our room was cool (104° outside, so that was a welcome relief!), quiet, comfortable with all amenities. Staff very helpful guiding me to NBL bank to change $ to € at a very good rate. The hotel is right next to the Mall of Montenegro, very handy for supplying a few forgotten items. Walking distance to plenty of dining options.

European showers are a puzzle..but it's not unique to this hotel.

In spite multiple messages,verbal and on what’s app, they neither fixed the leak of water from the shower door,nor changed my room. Risk of fall and breaking neck of femur bone is a great hazard for seniors like myself

Don't be disgraced with your money by staying in this hotel!!!!!

Door locks are not working,I could not enter the room 5,6 times.İt was very tiring to go to reception each time! The hand wash sink in the bathroom is clogged and does not drain!!! Even though I warned the reception many times they didn’t repair the wash sink in the bathroom!!! They didn’t even put water in the rooms even though I stayed 3 night and payed 330 euros for this old and poorly maintained hotel they hesitated to put water in the room!!! Never stay in this hotel!!! Don't be disgraced with your money!!! İt is my last advice

Nice hotel but breakfast bad

The hotel is nice and the room was spacious with balcony. Very clean. Its lively location since there is a mall and an cafe right out side the hotel. Staff really nice.

The breakfast was not good. I just eat cereals. There was almost no cleaning, you need to put the badge on the door for them to clean but all they did was make up the bed without changing the sheets. I was there for 5 days and there was no cleaning. The location is ok but its 20 min walk to the central.

Staff was fantastic. Very helpful, very polite. They made my stay comfortable. Fastest check-in and check-out I had so far! Bed was big and very comfortable. Room was quite big. Bathroom had all the amenities. Breakfast was adequate. Next to a shopping mall, where you can find everything you may need.

It is 20 minutes walk to the city center, but in a very quiet area and close to a green park. By taxi it took 5 minutes and 2 € to get to the city center. Coffee could have been better. Carpets in the common areas may need renewal. But the carpet in the room was good.

This was my fourth stay so I know what to expect from this hotel and will return. I tried a "Queen Suite" on this overnight stay, a beautiful room but a little dark. Personally I prefer an Executive Twin room and will book that next time, hopefully soon!

DURING THE CHECK-IN IN THE HOTEL WE REALIZED THAT THE ACTUAL PRICE OF HOTEL WAS TOTALLY 126 EURO (2 person-2 nights)CHEAPER THAN BOOKING.COM. WE REQUESTED FROM HOTEL TO CHARGE FROM ACTUAL PRICE, BUT THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD THAT IT’S IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE TOLD THIS TO BOOKING.COM, :) THEY TOLD COMPANSATING THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE THANKS TO THEIR COMMISION. THIS IS NOT FAIR. PLEASE THINK TWICE WHILE USING BOOKING.COM. THEIR “MATCHING THE PRICE POLICY” IS JUST FAKE. I WILL SHARE THIS ALSO IN SOCIAL MEDIA.

the location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds

This hotel has a huge issue with F&B department! The breakfast was extremely poor and not tasty at all, coffee was in a machine and it was chemical Nescafé. I asked the waiter to prepare an omelette for me and he said: “You can find everything here- at the buffet”. When we we were having lunch at the restaurant at the 5th floor the cleaning lady was cleaning the floor around us, never seen someone cleaning around you while you are eating. Then all of the sudden the cleaning lady threw her mope and started swearing at the waiter (I don’t know why, I don’t understand their language), also when we came to eat it took us 10 minutes to find a waiter to make an order (he was hanging around somewhere). We were told that the restaurant closes at 22.00 every day, so when we came back to hotel after difficult day (tired and hungry) we went to the restaurant at 21.40 and the declined to take our orders, because the kitchen closes at 22.00. That was really unprofessional from the cooks (not waiters’ fault). Everywhere in the world if the restaurant closes let’s say at 22.00 it means that at 21.59 they must take orders.Otherwise they should say that the restaurant closes at 21.40.

My recent stay at the Ramada hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. The room itself was what I loved the most, it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all of the amenities that I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was able to get a great night's sleep every night during my stay. Additionally, the room was quiet and peaceful, which allowed me to truly relax and unwind. Finally, the location of the Ramada hotel was perfect for my needs. Overall, my experience at the Ramada hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

The room was fairly good good size. all the arrivals were ladies at the reception in the department following morning. Same ladies at the reception again professional polite :-) probably the best part of the our trip to hotel.

breakfast absolutely disaster stuff to say rude is not good enough because they don’t talk, eggs, cold actually everything was cold and the selection very poor .
