PERFECT STAY NEAR TO CITY CENTER

In general everything was according to my expectations. Hotel completely fulfilled my request for a "quite room", and I am very thankful for this. A special mention to Mr. Haris in breakfast area, who was attending me with professionality and sincere politeness, much appreciated. As well the Reception Team was kind, efficient and professional, both in check-in and check-out. Last but not least, room was very clean and in perfect conditions.

Not a bad hotel if you do not mind the smell of cigarettes.

The location was good for where I had to go. The staff were all nice and hospitable. The breakfast was good.

You have to walk through the lounge to get into the hotel and the lounge is smoker friendly. This made the hotel smell of cigarettes. the room I checked into smelled of smoke and when I requested to change they told me there wasn't anything available. When I mentioned leaving for another hotel, they found me a new room. The cleaning service doesn't pay attention to the "do not disturb" sign. I always seem to hear music coming from somewhere, but there was no music playing. The corner rooms bathrooms are too small. the door hits the toilet and doesn't open all the way.

Definetely not worthy for the money

There was no balcony even though it was stated as a room with balcony and it was the reason why i selected this hotel. No kettle/ or coffee machine in the room and lastly the breakfast quality was so poor.

Bed Bugs in the bed! BED BUGS!

the location and breakfast were great

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS BED BUGS! woke up in the middle of night from bites! my back and stomach were full of bed bug bites when I went to tell the front dest about it they said they dont have those and its spider bites That I probably took in. no responsibility what so ever! I know how bed bugs bites look like and feel like dont come close to this hotel if you care about your body!

super comfortable stay close to city center

Very good modern hotel with all necessary comfort. very good breakfast close to the train station and the city center very friendly and helpful staff. they helped us with our train reservations and even called the station on our behalf to help us. very highly recommended

Annoing and disrespectfull

The room was very spacious and had working WiFi, also parking for motorcycles is a plus.

The front desk refused to give me back my ID card due to the fact that their scanner was not working and also told me that the house rules are that the guests ID card stays at the front desk until the room is paid. Given the fact that my room was paid in advance and also the hotel is not empowered to withhold any ID cards as those are personal documents that only the police in case of an arrest can withhold I had to argue with the front desk person for 10 minutes that I expect my ID card to be given back in that moment. For this lack of professionalism I do not recommend this hotel.

A basic condition in my travels is secure parking at the overnight accommodation. This particular hotel has underground secure parking. Everything was ok.
