Would gladly stay there again.

Very nice bright, clean, spacious and cozy apartment, live better than in the photo. There is everything you need. Pleased with the powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. The windows of the kitchen and bedroom offer a picturesque view of the neighboring buildings.

Cosy apartment in central location!

Central location, within 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Supermarket was nearby too! Apartment was comfortable for group of 3, with space for everyone.

Lovely hosts but disappointed

Very responsive hosts, allowed us to check in an hour early and check out hours late due to a transport issue. The apartment was very warm and well decorated. Great location, right next to the beach. Provided coffee, tea and board games.

We were only given one toilet roll between 4 people and the local shop was closed due to a public holiday, so this was very inconvenient. We had to dress and undress the beds. Some stains on one of the towels, should be replaced.

Beds were not made, first time in my experience with renting apartments. Towels were dump and I did not have impression they were fresh. Not dirty, but did not smell clean.

We had a great stay! Stéphan promptly responded to our message and answered all questions. it made our time in Etrétat went very well. the room is cleaned and as described. the apartment is right near the beach and in the city with lots of restaurants. Overall, we had a great stay.

Location, step out the door and you are by the sea. Also contains several separate rooms so you have flexibility to plan your stay.

Apartment comes with only one set of keys, so it is rather difficult to leave so that one person goes and other stays, due to the fact that an unlocked door tends to fall open.

Nice apartment

This apartment is inside the center of Etretat town, the beach is almost in front of the apartment. You can easily go everywhere by foot. This apartment is almost full of equipment, you may cook by yourself in its kitchen.

The bathroom is narrow, but it's clean and warm.

excellent location

bathroom wasn’t too clean, no dish towel/tea towel in kitchen, only three towels for five people, beds for four people have been prepared, but the pullout couch hasn’t been ready (no bedding), so we had to improvise and set up a makeshift bed, neighbours have been rude and unfriendly, no parking near property (be prepared to carry your luggage from are parking spot to the gite).

Séjour agréable

Emplacement parfait, à moins de 100 mètres de la plage. Tout est à proximité. Les gérants sont très réactifs et très serviables. Apparemment bien équipé. On recommande.

Clés faciles à récupérer mais fermeture de la porte de l’appartement compliquée même si le gérant a bien donné les consignes. Il y avait peut-être un peu trop de consignes mais c'était gérable.

Место находится на первой улице от воды и скал. Хозяин оперативно выходил на связь, отвечал на все вопросы. Квартира очень просторная и уютная, всем укомплектовано.

Nous avons été ravis de cet appartement ! Très bien situé, à 2 minutes du quai, visible depuis la fenêtre. Les instructions d'enregistrement étaient claires et à l'heure. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a immédiatement répondu à nos questions. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu grâce à notre arrivée matinale et nous vous remercions d'avoir pris soin de nous. L'appartement est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il y a un café et une épicerie à proximité. Nous le recommandons à tous. Il vaut le détour. Merci beaucoup. Cordialement.

Це маленьке місто, де б не арендували житло, легко та зручно дойти до пляжу та скель! На 1-2 ночі ці апартаменти дуже зручні.

Були моменти, якщо на довго знімати житло, краще інше або на 4 (це максимум). На 6 вже не так зручно і про це пишуть самі арендатори.

квартира небольшая, уютная. спальных мест 6 (двуспальные диваны и кровать). на кухне много принадлежностей.расположение очень хорошее - у набережной.

очень много было сообщений от хозяевов, в которых было много условий "что делать нельзя". это неприемлемо! мы приехали отдыхать и наслаждаться пребывание в Этрета, а не выполнять все ваши правила, которые очень навязчивы. если вы не доверяете гостям - тогда нужно самим приходить и смотреть за порядком. в остальном - все хорошо.

aangenaam appartement en geweldige locatie als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

Het appartement was met veel goede smaak ingericht en heel licht en zeer ruim voor twee personen. Het lag vlakbij de zeedijk. De natuur in de omgeving is prachtig. Ook een bezoekje aan de 'Jardins d' Etretat' is een echte aanrader. De communicatie met de eigenaar was prima: via mail werden we van alles ingelicht en kregen we de nodige tips en aanwijzingen.

De hall van het gebouw was erg verouderd en rook niet fris. Maar eens het appartement binnen is alles heel modern en goed in orde. In heel de stad moet je betalen om te parkeren en het is best duur. De stad zelf is niet aantrekkelijk - er is veel verloedering en onfrisse toestanden.

Séjour très agréable.

En effet Le gîte se trouve a proximité de la mer et de la ville ,nous pouvons tout faire a pieds. Ce gîte est très lumineux et fonctionnel ce qui le rend très agréable.

Dans la chambre peut être mettre deux petits lits de 90, au lieu d'une canapé. Et bien sûr une place de parking, mais nous comprenons que c'est très compliqué...... nous nous avons eu beaucoup de chance une voiture partez..
