Lovely flat, we really appreciated having outdoor breakfast and lunch.
It would have been practical to be able to leave the keys back in the keybox.
And have the "taxe de sejour" added to our bill or to be able to pay it online, or to leave it as cash in the flat.

Positive:,Very good location in the city center
Negative: Very expensive especially considering that the bedding is not provided, nor towels for the kitchen, you need to buy or bring from home. Also there was a smell in the appartment.

maybe a good place to stay for a small family
The location is really good and very easy access to restaurants around, especially to the beach. The key collection instruction is clear and easy. The car park is private and safe. The staff is responsive.
it was really surprising to be told that I have to pay extra 40 Euro for clean sheets and towels when we arrived. In addition, I was approached by 2 people asking for a tourism tax of 30 Euro which, as they said, was not included in the payment to Booking. I did pay them at last but it is not a good experience.

Nice stay in Etretat
The apartment is located very close to the heart of the town and all the restaurants and shops are in a few minutes walk as well as the beach. The equipment of the apartment was new, clean and perfect for two adults and two children including well equiped kitchen. The communication with the person responsible for hand over and take over was also without any problems. This small building is really a gem. The crucial advantage of the property is also the parking place!

Eine Ferienwohnung in exzellenter Lage mit kleinem, privatem Parkplatz!
Die Lage mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Êtretat ist optimal! Alle Lokale, Geschäfte und vor allem das Meer befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Appartement entfernt. Man kann von Êtretat aus wunderbare Wanderungen auf den Klippen der Kreidefelsen machen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und alles funktioniert auch reibungslos.
Eine Ferienunterkunft mit privatem Parkplatz ist in Êtretat selten. Allerdings reicht der zur Verfügung gestellte Platz nur für kleine Autos, die unbedingt eine Rückfahrkamera haben sollten. Das Rangieren ist nicht ganz einfach…
Das Duschbad ist zwar gut aufgeteilt und recht hübsch, aber der Geruch, der aus den Rohren / Abflüssen aufsteigt, verursacht Übelkeit.

Leider viel diesmal das warme Wasser 2x aus! Aber es wurde schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. 👍🏻

Anreise war am Wochenende nicht einfach, wir mussten mutig durch Fußgängerzone fahren.
Parkplatz etwas eng, nur für ein Auto geeignet.

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist eine Katastrophe, 2 Stellplätze teilen sich die Fläche.
Wohnung kalt, muffiger Geruch - Bad und WC innenliegend. Die Heizung funktionierte ungenügend.
Aussenbereich schlecht nutzbar - da stehen 2 PKW vor der Nase.
Die Verwaltung hat sich zwar angekündigt, liess sich aber nie sehen,

Logement en disfonctionnement sans compensation financière : on s'est moqué de nous !!
Excellent emplacement au cœur du village, proche des restaurants, des commerces, du casino et de la plage. Parking très appréciable si les 2 locataires n’ont pas de grosses voitures. Petit salon de jardin bienvenu si vous avez la chance d’avoir du soleil.
Alors qu’il faisait entre 7 et 15° à Etretat, nous sommes arrivés dans un logement froid, le chauffage et l’eau chaude était en panne. Alors que l’arrivée peut se faire entre 16 et 20h, la conciergerie n’est disponible que jusqu’à 17h15, voir 17h30 grand maximum (!!!) sinon boîte à clés qui suffirait pour l’arrivée et le départ et vous dérange donc le lendemain matin entre 10 et 11 heures pour encaisser la taxe de séjour en liquide, alors que BOOKING s’en charge très bien seul dans toutes les réservations que nous avons pu faire. Une employée de la conciergerie est donc venue le matin et a réparé la chaufferie tant bien que mal, les propriétaires sont eux aussi passés. J’ai demandé un geste commercial pour ce désagrément et il m’a « généreusement » été proposé une bouteille de cidre !!! J’ai insisté pour avoir un dédommagement financier pour ces 3 nuits qui nous coûte quand même 440 euros. Pendant cette visite, j’ai donc été bloquée 2h à la maison pendant que ma famille était partie se balader. Le soir suivant, nouvelle panne de chauffage et d’eau chaude. Le lendemain matin, le propriétaire s’est de nouveau déplacé avec notre autorisation de pénétrer dans la location sans nous, nous n’allions de nouveau pas être bloqués pour cette panne. Le chauffage est revenu, l’eau chaude aussi, pour être de nouveau en panne dans la soirée. Résultat des douches prises vite fait à l’eau froide et logement chaud ds la journée quand nous étions absents en balade. Pour la compensation … 30 euros seulement pour presque 70% du temps loué dans un logement non chauffé et sans eau chaude quand nous en aurions eu besoin. Les propriétaires ont donc estimé que ce logement loué dans cet état de disfonctionnement pouvait se louer à 410 euros (440 payés – 30), c’est se foutre de ses clients. Qu’en pense BOOKING ?
Autre point : Literie du canapé inconfortable. Pas de tapis de douche. Mauvaise insonorisation : les voisins du dessus ont fait du bruit : cris des enfants souvent puis cris des parent

Top Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Die Lage ist natürlich der Knaller. Parken hat auch gut geklappt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Waschmaschine war praktisch. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten. Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel vorhanden. Fernseher mit Netflix und Co. Gutes WLAN. Bequemes Bett. Check-in und Check-out haben gut geklappt.
Der Außenbereich wirkt sehr ungepflegt und wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Da könnte man sicher einiges hübscher gestalten.
In der Toilette fehlt dringend eine Halterung fürs Toilettenpapier.
Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch, vor allem wenn man noch Bettwäsche und Duschtücher dazu bucht. Er ist aber vermutlich der Lage geschuldet. Es wäre schön, wenn man auch noch zweimal Handtücher für den Preis bekommen würde.

В наших апартаментах не работал туалет, о чем мы сразу же сообщили. В ответ мы не получили никакой реакции. Мы были вынуждены два дня пользоваться общественным туалетом поблизости в его рабочее время. Квартиру оставили убранной и согласно требованиям хозяина. После чего хозяин выслал требованием на возмещение ущерба за испорченый туалет, какие-то непонятные изменения в интерьере и то что, она грязная.
ПРИ ЭТОМ У НАС ПРИНЯЛИ КВАРТИРУ ЛИЧНО И СКАЗАЛИ, ЧТО ВСЕ ХОРОШО.
Будьте осторожны, это мошенники.
