The property is very well located, and very clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and a bakery almost next door. The parking space is a big plus.

You have to climb very narrow stairs to get to the door of the apartment, which can be challenging when you have luggage.

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely exceptional! Located in the very heart of Étretat, just 200 meters from the beach – the location couldn’t be better. From the very beginning everything was smooth – easy access to the apartment, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that included absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The interior is tastefully decorated, capturing that charming French flair – cozy, stylish, and full of character. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved all the small touches. Being so close to restaurants, the beach, and the cliffs was a real treat – and having a private parking spot was a huge bonus in Étretat. We spent a magical Easter holiday there as a family, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place – though I must admit, it’s the kind of gem you almost want to keep just for yourself

Perfekte Lage, mitten im alten Ortskern, ruhig und mit Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn wir noch mal nach Etretat kommen, würden wir gerne wieder dort wohnen.

Appartement très bien placé en centre ville et assez spacieux et fonctionnel. La place de parking est un réel plus et est même indispensable dans Etretat !!! J'en suis vraiment ravie.

Il y a un manque d'insonorisation avec l'étage au-dessus, c'est vraiment dommage.

Das Appartement ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Strand und die Steilküste in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft. Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

L appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter ou se rendre à la plage. Je parking privé est vraiment un plus . Par ailleurs nous avons apprécié la réactivité et la disponibilité de Daniel qui a répondu à nos demandes.

Es ist zentral gelegen und es hat einen privaten Parkplatz, das ist in Étretat wichtig, weil es sonst schwierig ist zu parkieren.

Appartement fidèle à la description

Le logement est idéalement situé : à quelques pas de la plage et de sa falaise, au centre avec ses façades typiques et le petit plus, non négligeable, sa place de parking ! Les échanges ont été fluides et ont facilité notre arrivée sereinement. Les hôtes sont disponibles et très agréable. Le logement est bien équipé et la literie agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour à Etretat.

Umístění je skutečně super - kousek od pláže, všechny potřebné obchody v dosahu, parkovací místo je velké plus. Majitel je velmi sympaticky a vstřícný.

Jedinné co může být trošku nepříjemné je, že je slyšet každý pohyb ve vedlejších bytech. Nám to moc nevadilo. Byli jsme celý den pryč, a pokud už jsme byli v apartmánu, tak nás to nijak zvlášť nerušilo.
