We had an absolutely wonderful time at your house in Étretat!

Location is great but you must bring you own household

The location of the property is excellent in the centre of Etretat.

Most important I truly disliked the rental of sheets, it felt like renting a house without a roof. Appearently I should have noticed this while booking but for such a property and price I would have expected sheets and towels included. Also cleanliness left space for improvement, there were no basics included like handsoap, small towels, toilet paper etc. Owners were difficult to reach, or there is always a messenger in between, when we had questions.

Great except getting in.

I did not download an app because I am unable to. I had extreme difficulty finding key. Luckily neighbor next door was home and helped us locate lock box. After that, she made a call 4 us.

La maison est très coquette et très fonctionnelle.

La proximité de toutes les commodités. Plage, Boulangerie, magasins, ... La maison était vraiment très propre et est vraiment bien située.

On aurait apprécié quelques jeux de sociétés pour jouer en famille le soir ou lors de journées pluvieuses.

Хорошая локация недалеко от моря

Скрипучие и неудобные кровати со сломанными матрасами, звук смыва унитаза очень громкий, как будто бы взлетает грузовой самолет, если едете компанией то ночью будете из за этого просыпаться. Слышимость между комнатами феноменальна, если кто то ходит в комнате сверху, то вы тоже скорее всего не уснете.

Якщо їдете в Етрету, треба памʼятати, що рушники і постіль потрібно брати з собою, бо прийдеться оплачувати їх окремо!!

Помешкання знаходиться в чудовому, безпечному місці, в центрі селища. Поруч велика кількість кафе, магазинів, мерія, поліція, автобусна станція. В апартаментах чисто, гарний дизайн в морському стилі, багато атмосферних деталей інтерʼєру. Кухня повністю обладнана. В наявності велика кількість посуду та девайсів для приготування. На вулиці є окремий столик для відпочинку. Океан в 5 хвилинах ходьби. В приміщенні тепло і затишно.

Однак залишився дещо неприємний осад через те, що постіль і рушники не включені у вартість оренди апартаментів. Нам за 5 осіб прийшлось доплатити 63 євро за оренду постільної білизни і 1 рушника на особу. Це для морського відпочинку дуже мало. Багато подорожуєм і вперше з таким зіткнулись. Неприємним моментом виявилась і відсутність мила чи гелю для душу, не кажучи вже про шампунь. Для відпочиваючих, як ми, які добирались літаком до Етрети - це дуже незручно брати з собою постіль, рушники, гелі і шампуні. Окрім даної неприємності - помешкання заслуговує найвищих оцінок!!!

A really nice stay in a great apartment. Highly recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup aime la localisation, proche de la mer, des falaises, des restaurants. Emplacement ideal pas loin de la conciergerie des falaises ou nous avons recupere les cles. La maison est tres joliment decore, avec beaucoup de gout. La maison comporte un res de chaussee, un premier etage avec une chambre double et une salle de douche et un 2e niveau avec une chambre simple et une chambre double.

Nous avons trouve que l'heure d'enregistrement est un peu tard 16h mais heureusement que nous avions pu nous enregistrer plus tot. Par contre les draps et les serviettes sont payantes. Nous pouvons apporter nos propres draps et serviettes mais pas du tout pratique quand on voyage. Il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains, pas de machine a laver et pas de wifi. Pour ceux qui ont besoin d'être connecte, ca peut etre un problème.

Неймовірно гарний будинок, всі деталі підібрані з душею. Дуже зручні ліжка, гарна ванна, сучасна кухня. Приємні господарі, відповідали миттєво. Дуже близько до пляжа, поруч супермаркет і чудовий заклад з смачними млинцями.

We waren er maar 2 dagen/1 nacht, maar was een heerlijke tijd!

Het is een echt frans pittoresk onderkomen. Fantastisch! Van binnen is het sfeervol ingericht en alles is heel licht en opgeruimd. Heerlijke douche! Bedden slapen goed. In de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt! 2 toiletten, 1 beneden en 1 in de badkamer. De hostess was heel vriendelijk!

Traumhaft schön, aber hellhörig

Wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit vielen Naturmaterialien und bequemen Betten. Hübscher kleiner Außenbereich. Ein Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf gemietet werden. Dass der ein paar Minuten weit vom Haus entfernt ist, stört nicht. In Etretat braucht man ohnehin kein Auto. Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Haus ist wirklich extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten sehr zurückhaltende Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man jedes Wort und jeden Schritt gehört. Die Innentreppe ist so eng, dass man große Gepäckstücke nicht oder nur mit sehr großer Mühe in die oberen Etagen tragen kann. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Teleurstellend

Het is een klein huis met een mooie inrichting.

De foto van de buitenkant van het huis bedriegt. Het huis is de helft van het getoonde pand, en heeft amper buitenruimte We reserveerden en betaalden ook een parkeerplaats bij ons verblijf. Deze bleek op 15 min wandelafstand te liggen, en voor ons niet interessant. Het huis is zeer slecht geïsoleerd qua geluid. We hebben elke nacht kunnen meegenieten van de muziek en het gebabbel van de buren. Gelukkig kent Êtretat prachtige wandelingen, en hebben we enorm genoten van de buitenactiviteiten.

Maison avec extérieur idéalement placée au centre d’Etretat

La maison est idéalement placée en centre-ville très proche de la mer tout en étant très calme dans une ruelle semi-privative. La maison est très joliment rénovée en ayant conserver le charme de la maison de pêcheur. Il y a un jardinet parfait pour manger dehors et profiter du chant des mouettes.
