Very spacious

The gite was very spacious for two people, and it was great that we had our own parking space. It was within walking distance of Etretat, so no hassle with the car. The private garden at the house was also nice.

A bit dated but actually what we expected based on the photos. There is quite a high cleaning fee, so do not make a mess!!

Great location, 5-10 minutes on foot from the main beach of Étretat. Friendly and helpful service. Easy access and parking. Clean and roomy.

Everything was fine with the property. The checkin hours seem a bit late (16:00) and the checkout time a bit early (10:00) but it was a nice stay!

Very nice and clean house near the city center

Very clean, spacious, own parking on the property, nicely decorated house equipped with all you need like coffee machine, watercooker, toaster, dish washer, washing machine, vacuumcleaner, fridge etc. Good and clean bathroom. Very friendly owner who had some nice recommendations for trips/sightseeing and restaurants!!! We enjoyed our stay very much here.

Très bon séjour dans cette location propre, située près du centre ville dans une rue calme. Pièce de vie spacieuse, literie confortable et le petit plus un parking privé bien pratique car tous les stationnements sont payants et chers. Les hôtes sont disponibles. Adresse à garder pour un prochain séjour dans cette région et nous la recommandons !

Super séjour dans super maison. Merci au petitlet

Petite maison typique avec beaucoup d’espace lit, confortable, télé et tout ce qui est robinet riz frigidaire, cafetière fonctionne très très bien

Le petit point négatif, c’est que quand on arrive y a pas un petit plateau d’accueil en fait alors ne serait-ce qu’avec une capsule pour le lave-vaisselle un petit livre d’or quoi un petit truc qui nous fait dire ça y est on est bien accueillis, on est en vacances et aussi un autre petit bémol c’est que on avait pris l’option draps de bain pour ne pas prendre les nôtres. Mais il n’y a pas de de tapis pour les pieds. Aussi mais avait que quatre verres pour boire de l’eau, c’est pas beaucoup.

Wir haben uns mit allem gut arrangiert und eine schöne Zeit in Ètretat verlebt.

Die Lage ist toll. Ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Stadt und am Strand. Auch Wanderwege sind schnell erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist groß und gemütlich.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, nur 3 alte Wassergläser, wenige kleine Weingläser, altes, klappriges Besteck und Aussenmöbel, die so instabil waren, dass wir sie nicht verwendet und immer drinnen gegessen haben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten selbst mitgebracht werden und Reinigung müsste man extra bezahlen. Wir fanden das nicht zeitgemäß und haben dann lieber selbst geputzt. Anhand der ausreichenden hohen Preise, hatten wir aber schon erwartet, dass all das inklusive wäre.

Ruim huis, prima locatie met veel voorzieningen maar een eenvoudige uitstraling

Het vakantiehuis is zeer goed gelegen, in een mooie groene buurt op 10 min lopen van het stadje. Parkeren binnen het hek van de accomodatie is een groot voordeel. Het huis heeft veel ruimte. De warmwater voorziening is uitstekend. Keuken is voorzien van microwave, friteuse, grote koelkast, warmwaterkoker, koffiezet (wel ouderwetse apparatuur). De borden en bekers zijn van goedkoope IKEA makelij en al behoorlijk oud. We hebben goed geslapen op de goede matrassen. De bakker en de Carrefour zijn op 10 min lopen. De aanwezige WIFI met streamer functioneert uitstekend.

De tuin nodigt niet uit om gezellig te zitten en zou geweldig opknappen door wat borders langs de schuttingen met bijv hortensia's te maken. Het tuinmeubilair is zeer gedateerd. De keuken is ook zeer gedateerd en het nieuwe gedeelte past totaal niet bij het oude gedeelte. Ook zijn nogal wat pannen aan vervanging toe. Het TV scherm is heel klein (26 inch?) met een matige beeld kwaliteit en een upgrade naar een 40 inch scherm (kost minder dan 250 euro) zou al een geweldige verbetering zijn.

Sterk overgewaardeerde wonin, slecht onderhouden met name buiten

Dicht bij het centrum en het strand/ kliffen Parkeerplaats op terrein Rustige locatie

9,1 beoordeling staat in geen enkele verhouding tot datgene wat geboden wordt. Huis is oud en aan de buitenkant slecht onderhouden. Verf is afgebladerd, veel achterstallig onderhoud buiten. Tuin is onaantrekkelijk om te gaan zitten, is niet onderhouden en er staat slechts een witte plastic tafel en vijf stoelen. De werkelijke situatie komt niet overeen met de foto op Booking. Binnen zit een gat in het aanrechtblad en de afzuiger is ronduit smerig, advies: bij koken niet gebruiken. Bij het boeken van deze woning is niet vermeld dat je schoonmaakkosten moet betalen Wanneer je geen €60 schoonmaakkosten wilt betalen moet je eerst naar de supermarkt om het basismateriaal te kopen. Schoonmaakmiddel is er wel. Afwasmiddel niet. Keukendoeken, vaatdoeken en theedoeken zijn er niet, evenals poetsdoeken. Wel is er een mop om de vloer te dweilen, maar die is te vies. Binnen kan meer sfeer aangebracht worden.

Goed uitgerust huisje dichtbij het centrum

Dichtbij het centrum, tuintje erbij en de auto parkeren bij het huisje. Prima bedden, aparte slaapkamers voor de kinderen. Genoeg ruimte en de keuken is goed uitgerust, o.a. met een goede oven en ruime koelkast. Eigenaren vriendelijk.

Wat verouderd maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

Super. Een heel goede locatie waar het huisje ligt, op wandelafstand van een heel mooi strand en van het stadje. Ideaal huisje voor een gezin ook met kleine kindjes. Tuintje volledig afgezet en auto kan binnenstaan. Ouder huisje maar alles is aanwezig ruim en proper. Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Location parfaite tout confort avec parking sécurisé par portail, parfait avec un propriétaire à l'écoute en plus d'être très aimable. C'est la deuxième fois que je me rend ici et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu, vous ne serez pas déçu sincèrement.

Tout est fonctionnel ! Logement bien aménagé et propre. Lits confortables. Petit bonus surprise : un piano ! Avantage non négligeable : parking gratuit. Logement très bien situé : tout peut se faire à pied !

Bedingt durch nur zwei Personen war das Preis- Leistungsverhältni nur eingeschränk ok.

Das Haus war sehr gräumig und sauber. Da wir nur zu zweit waren ,hatten wir reichlich Platz. Parken war kein Problem, da es auf dem Grundstück möglich war.

Leider war es bis in die Altstadt doch recht weit. Man sollte zu Fuß gehen , da es in der Stadt sehr schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden.
