Studio calme, confortable et bien équipé, avec vue dégagée au loin. Stationnement très facile et gratuit quasiment en face du logement. Rampe d'accès au studio ce qui évite les escaliers et permet de faire rouler les valises.

Pas grand chose à redire. Juste un peu excentré, ce qui nécessite de prendre la voiture pour aller faire les courses; c'est la contrepartie d'être au calme à l'écart de l'agitation touristique.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. The two separate bedrooms are perfect for groups of 3–4 people. There is a large dining area downstairs and a lovely terrace with a nice view. We only stayed for one night, so we couldn’t enjoy it fully, but I’d definitely recommend it for a longer stay. Étretat’s stunning cliffs are only about a 15-minute walk away, and the town centre is also easily reachable on foot in around 20 minutes walk. There is no private parking, but is was available on the calm street and we did not ahve any issues with finding a spot.

The €300 deposit was a bit frustrating, especially since Booking.com stated that no deposit should be required. Everything was fine in the end and the money was returned, but compared with similar places we stayed at with no deposit, this felt unnecessary. Just keep the €300 temporary hold in mind when planning your travel budget.

1) заселение в 16:00 - это уже слишком. К тому же, для заселения нужно внести залог 150 Евро, но ссылку для оплаты мне прислали в 16:03, хотя я приехал в 15:30 и пытался дописаться до отеля 2) не нашел пароль от wifi, написал в отель, и мне просто не ответили
