I recommend this apartment

The location is perfect: in the center (and yet it was pretty quiet), few meters from the beach, shops and restaurants. The building itself is an historical one so don’t expect something modern but it is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners provided clear instructions which helped (for the parking for example) and our stay was very pleasant.

Nice place but some maintenance required

Great location and lovely apartment

This was the first time in many years of using booking.com that we have been required to pay a deposit (€500) via a third party company (not booking.com). We did not feel entirely comfortable with this and this was made worse when on our arrival, having paid the deposit, one of the ornaments in the flat was broken but we had not been informed so were concerned we would be held responsible. There was also a problem with the communal entry door access system so several times we could not get into the property but fortunately one of us was able to let the other in. There are 3 bedrooms but you need to walk through them all to access each other so fine for a family but less so for privacy. Some of the window blinds didn’t work. The Bluetooth stereo did not seem to work.

It was the best apartment that I ve ever seen. Im speechless about it! About how clean it was and the design and furniture was just wow. It was next to the beach and u didnt really a car. So its very recommended. My followers on instagram asking for the adres of this residence:)

ロケーションはバッチリでした。街の中心ですしどこに行くにも便利でスーパー、レストランなど徒歩圏内になんでもあります。駐車場は、冬場は近くに停められましたが夏は無理だろうと思います。暖房は暖かく快適でした。

3部屋ベットルームがあるので家族みんなで一部屋ずつと思いきや全ての部屋を通過してリビングに行かねばならず困りました。全部繋がっていて誰かの部屋を通ってトイレや洗面所に行かねばなりません。 12月の寒い中シャワーが全く出ず２箇所あるのですが一つは最後までぬるいままでしたので使えませんでした。4人使うのは無理のようでした。自分たちでボイラーの場所を見つけてネットで説明書を出し点けましたので説明がここは絶対欲しかったです。しかしテーブルやトイレなど色々な所に何かしらの説明が貼ってあるのですが、必要か？と思うようなこともあり写真撮影でも写り込むので不要だと思いました。集約して説明冊子を用意していただけたらと思いました。

Logement spacieux, très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Logement tout en longueur, très spacieux. Décoré avec goût. Le côté pratique est que nous sommes directement dans le centre ville donc tout se fait à pied.

Le seul bémol est que nous entendions l’étage au dessus qui était assez bruyant surtout le soir.

Appartement exceptionnel ! Idéalement situé, propre, très bien décoré et équipé. Nous avions de nombreux produits à disposition ainsi que le linge de lit et les serviettes. Le ménage est compris dans le prix. Les chambres sont effectivement en enfilade comme spécifié dans l’annonce mais la dernière bénéficie de sa propre salle de bain avec douche et wc. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et soucieux de notre confort.

Pas de mauvaise surprise. Juste pour info : nous savions que les places de parking sont chères à Etretat et les propriétaires nous ont indiqué une rue gratuite à 8 minutes à pied.

Очень просторная квартира в ретро доме в самом центре у выхода на пляж. Квартира просторная, но две спальни проходные - планировка старого дома. Все необходимое есть и даже больше. Хозяева мгновенно реагируют и отвечают на все вопросы. Идут навстречу - позволили выехать чуть позже.

Для щепетильного человека будет не достаточно чистоты и качества уборки.

Tolle Lage mit guter Größe zu einem akzeptablen Preis.

Die Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Der Hinweis zum kostenlosen Parken, die Art des Hauses, der Fahrstuhl und die Größe der Wohnung.

Die Toilette rechts vom Eingang war zu alt und machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck mehr. Die Küche hatte zwar eine gute Ausstattung, war allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, so dass auch hier Speisen nicht mehr mit Freude zubereitet werden konnten.

הדירה בנויה כמו טיילת לאורך. אין פרטיות וזה בעייתי כשרוצים ללכת לשירותים בכמצע הלילה לדוגמא כי אז צריך לעבור דרך חדר של זןג אחר.. המטבח קטן והכיורים מאתגרים את צחצוח השיניים יש רעש מהרחוב למטה עם זאת המחיר ממש טוב והייתה לנו חוויה טובה סהכ.

Cet appartement est tout simplement magnifique, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Son emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la mer.

Pour être vraiment pointilleux 🤣, il serait judicieux de trouver un moyen de dissimuler la lumière du jour dans les chambres, car cela peut être légèrement gênant pour les personnes sensibles à la lumière comme moi 😉 mais sinon tout est parfait merci encore !

Séjour dans un endroit magique, entre falaises majestueuses et ambiance apaisante.

Un vrai petit paradis urbain ! Un appartement idéal avec une décoration élégante, une localisation parfaite, et la mer à quelques pas… difficile de rêver mieux. Ça donne envie d’en profiter pleinement, entre détente et découvertes.

Très bon séjour

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait à deux, pas de la mer et à un pas du casino, plusieurs restaurants et boutique autour. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la voiture du week-end logement pour six parfait logement charmant.

Le seul petit point négatif à donner, serait peut-être au niveau de l’insonorisation où se pas fou fou on peut facilement entendre les voisins du dessus et les passants à l’extérieur Le parking gratuit est à 20 minutes à pied

La pièce de vie lumineuse est agréable pour 6 personnes La literie est confortable Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et le linge de toilette est fourni Les chambres en enfilade sont spacieuses. La déco est charmante.

La salle de bain à côté de la cuisine n'est pas chauffée et la douche ne produit pas d'eau assez chaude pour s'y doucher. C'est dommage car la pièce est super bien équipée : machine à laver, sèche linge. Du coup c'est plus une buanderie agréable en été pour les retours de plage.

Чудове помешкання, щоб зупинитися в Єтрета! Квартира знаходиться на другому поверсі (французький перший) красиве лоббі та ліфт. Ключ було легко знайти, господарі дали чіткі інструкції. Все чисто, у квартирі відчувається французький вайб. Море видно у вікно. Є все необхідне, щоб приготовити вечерю, кавоварка та чайник. Три кімнати, які йдуть одна за одною. У дальній кімнату своя власна ванна. Класний інтернет, є нетфлікс. Також, нам допомогли знайти безкоштовну парковку в місті, яка знаходиться всього у 800 метрах від апартаментах. Поруч всі ресторани, магазини і знамениті скелі.

Єдиний мінус, це прохідна середня кімната, але якщо ви сімʼя, то це не буде проблемою.
