Good option next to the boardwalk

4 of us stayed for one night at this apartment. The location is perfect, just steps away from the boardwalk. The self check-in process was very easy. The apartment was clean and ready for us by the time we arrived. It is quite spacious and has a small outdoor patio. Pictures in the listing are accurate.

We were not allowed to leave our bags after the checkout time even at the patio. It happened to us for the first time in everyone's short term rentals experiences via booking and airbnb in different countries lol. I understand most people are travelling by car and don't need it, but please consider something to accommodate people taking public transportation. This is the reason I left 7 stars and not 10.

Me and my friends we had an amazing stay, one min away from the beach!!!

The location was fantastic, just one street from the beach and waves. The house was spacious, each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the terrace was vital, you are outside but still with some privacy. Best accommodation for this price especially since it fits 8 people.

The only - are stairs and floors on the 1st and 2nd floors are squeaky, it made a lot of sounds when someone was walking. You could hear when someone was walking above you.

House right on th

The location is right on the beach. Thats really awesome. That also means its hard to find the parking spot (we had a car) or its very expensive to park near the house. We parked it about a km away in a paid parking though. About the house, its 2 floors - with ground floor having kitchen and a drawing room with TV. Its a small room, for us it was fine, but if you are large family, it might not be ideal. The kitchen opens to a patio and that actually is nice to sit and have dinner with your family and friends (if you are there during summer). The bedrooms (4 of them) are on 1st and 2nd floor. They are quite nice and have comfortable beds. Huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom (which means 4 bathrooms!) As I said, its right on the beach (well...almost, you just come out and walk 20m and you are on the beach) , so you have many options to eat and take a stroll on the beach anytime of the day or night.

Hmmm, nothing that put me off.

great location, close to restaurants, bakeries and the beach. we booked the property for a great price so definitely worth it.

little to no amenities. towels were lacking (extremely small - hand towels are larger than the towels that were provided to our group). no beach towels either. no shampoo/conditioner in any of the 4 showers - very strange.

Amazing house

The house is big and comfortable, looks even better in real than on bookings pictures. Just 50 meters from the Etretat beach and cliffs. The inside garden is an amazing place to have breakfast. Everything is clean. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the stay, thank you. Highly recommended. We checked in earlier and checked out later without any additional payments, which was also nice.

There wasn’t something we didn’t like. But some things can be improved. The toilet on the second floor doesn’t have a locker and a bbq wasn’t cleaned., so we couldn’t use it.

le logement est vraiment top, bien situé, confortable et idéal pour profiter pleinement.

Excellent emplacement, directement sur la plage et à deux pas des falaises d’Étretat. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et vraiment agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, chacune disposant de sa salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable. La cuisine est pratique et conviviale. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Le départ est peut-être un peu trop tôt, surtout lorsqu’on séjourne avec des enfants ou entre amis après un week-end bien rempli. Un départ vers 12h serait vraiment appréciable. À noter également que le volet de la chambre du bas grinçait toute la nuit, ce qui était assez désagréable, et que les décodeurs TV indiquaient un mauvais signal, rendant la télévision inutilisable. Cela reste toutefois des détails mineurs : le logement demeure très agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Un super week-end en famille. Etretat est une superbe ville et les randonnées sont top.

Je recommande vivement ce logement proche de la plage.

La proximité avec la plage est incroyable. Le fait d’avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre est vraiment confortable. Pour stationner, j’ai utilisé l’application EasyPark qui permet de prendre une forfait stationnement moins chère. J’ai pris un stationnement en zone orange (33€ les trois jours), le parking se situe à environ 10min à pied, très accessible.

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Etretat, à proximité des beaux sentiers des falaises Les 4 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain + les 3 WC. Le check-in facile avec la boite à clé.

Equipement de la cuisine assez spartiate pour une maison avec 8 couchages (peu de torchons / verres à vin / ustensiles de cuisine...). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de vraies chaises avec dossier pour diner. Certaines serviettes de bain avaient mal séché et ne sentaient pas bon. Départ un peu trop tôt (10h30)

Die Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt. Die Schlafzimmer haben je ein eigenes kleines Bad und der Innenhof ist (wenn man sich einen Liegestuhl mitbringt) ein genüsslicher Rückzugsort.

Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Wir waren zu 5, das ging einigermaßen. Zu acht müsste man sich Besteck- oder Geschirrteile teilen. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind durchgesessen und unbequem.

Grundsätzlich sehe ich ein, dass der verspätete Check-out nicht ideal war, dennoch empfinde ich die einbehaltenen 40 € u

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön, allerdings gab es bei der Abreise einige Unstimmigkeiten. Uns wurden 40 € von der Kaution abgezogen, weil wir die Unterkunft 25 Minuten zu spät verlassen haben, der Abfluss angeblich durch uns verstopft war (obwohl in der Spüle kein Sieb vorhanden war) und weil zwei leere Flaschen nicht entsorgt sowie der Boden nicht gereinigt wurden – obwohl eine Endreinigung im Preis enthalten war. Zusätzlich wurde uns unterstellt, wir hätten an einem Tisch einen Schaden verursacht. Dieser war jedoch bereits bei unserer Anreise nicht sauber und wurde von uns weder beschädigt noch unsachgemäß benutzt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Person, mit der ich die Situation klären wollte – vermutlich der Inhaber selbst. Er war äußerst unhöflich, nicht kompromissbereit und an einer fairen Lösung offensichtlich nicht interessiert.

la situation au cœur de la ville est parfaite , ce qui implique le stationnement payant des véhicules , mais en même temps dispense de l'usage de ceux ci lors du séjours. la maison est tout à fait charmante et très bien organisée . le standard est du niveau hôtelier , avec pour chaque chambre sa salle de bain . literie de qualité

Chambres confortables et toutes équipées d'une salle de bains, cour intérieure très agréable. la localisation est parfaite pour pouvoir tout faire à pied à Etretat.

J'ai eu un peu de mal à obtenir des informations sur le check in et le check out, certains éléments divergeaient entre l'annonce booking et les informations transmises.

Très beau sejour

L'emplacement est très bien situé. Le hic C est le restaurant à côté et le bruit que les gens font notamment avec les poubelles et la vaisselle fin de soirée et tôt le matin. Les chambres et les sdb sont tops. Le rapport qualité/prix

La communication pourrait être un peu meilleure. L' extérieur pourrait également être un peu mieux entretenu. (Notamment un oiseau mort depuis un certain temps près de la table) La cuisine n est pas exceptionnelle mais on a fait avec.
