Excellent location , excellent food in restaurant and at breakfast . Comfortable room . Very helpful and welcoming staff
The maitre d’hotrl in the restaurant was somewhat off hand and inattentive which was disappointing in contrast to an excellent menu and unlike the attention of other members of staff

The location was great with a great view of the ocean from the patio of the hotel. The rooms are a bit small. It would be nice to have a room big enough to fit 3-4 people. The dinner was very good and so was the breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The rooms are a bit small and only big enough to fit 2 people. The overall decor needs to be updated as it is getting a bit dreary.

Wow view from Seaside Room was stunning, Location is fantastic right in the heart of Etratat, room sizes are compatiable to many other Hotels you find in the world,
Staff were absolutely fantastic, Emily, Jade were very helpful, cheery, happy, welcoming, these are the type of people you want greeting your guests they are the first point of contact and are the face of the business,
Restaurant and Bistro staff were fantastic and the decor was clean and well pointed, Breakfast was fantastic great variety,
the number one fact of this stay was our beloved dog Higgins was welcomed into the Bistro, into the hotel in to our room bowls were supplied and a dog bed, absolutely fantastic for people travelling with pets,
Bathroom in the first room we had need a revamp or some serious cleaning, the shower cubile was either showing it's age or needed a serious clean, the toilet was right up next to the wall which meant you could not sit straight you has to sit an awkward angle,
Unfortunately the Hot Water Service in the building we were staying was not working so the Dormy House staff very quickly re-located us to a new building and a new room with the Seaside views,
Hand Held Shower in the second room was comprimised a bit awkward if you sprayed the water straight you would have wet the whole bathroom as the cubicle wall is short and the bath tub is very deep, so someone with mobility issues would defintely find it hard to get in and out of the bath tub,

This is our second time and I can surely say that it’s not the last time we stay in this incredible hotel. As I travelled a lot, I haven’t seen such view before.
And also I can’t mention the restaurant. It’s tasty, excellent viewing and service.
