Lovely

Location was great - 10 min walk into Etretat. Parking was handy to have but felt it was expensive especially in winter. Apartment was clean and good size. Wifi good. Tv good. Kitchen well equipped although got a takeaway and ate out rather than cooked. Coffee machine with nice pod coffee. Nice shower and decor. Dog friendly. Good communication and was sent check.in info with door codes about 4pm on check in day.

A bit cold but stayed in early Jan. Key fobs ran out of battery so had to use code but not a problem.

Absolutely a must-stay!

It's a lovely place! Very cozy and comfortable rooms, and the staff is really friendly. The building is very close to the bus station, so we didn’t have to go far with our luggage. The place is in a quiet part of town, but just a 10-minute walk through the charming streets to the ocean and the city center.

Best house in Etretat - authentic French charm

We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. We stayed on the second floor. The apartment was very cozy, spotless, and clean. Beautiful view from the window, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and big shower. The house itself is very beautiful with authentic French charm, located right next to the bus station and within a 10 min walk from the beach and main attractions. If I ever come back to Etretat, I will definitely stay in this place again. The check-in process was very easy. We got instructions on time and were able to check in on our own.

Perfect place to stay in Etretat.

Great French coutry vibe from the house and the surroundings, amazing location (5 min from cool boulangeries, coffee places, restaurants and of course the seaside)and very easy check in process. I would like to stay here again!

- Expensive parking (€25 per day). But the parking lot is very nice lol - The shower drain was clogged

Prachtig, ruim en schoon appartement. Stijlvol ingericht en op loopafstand van de boulevard en het strand.

Buitenkant van het vakantiehuis lijkt wat verwaarloosd waardoor de eerste indruk wat tegen valt, de binnenkant maakt dit helemaal goed gelukkig.

Хорошее расположение, буквально 100 метров или меньше до автобусной остановки. До пляжа дойти тоже 7-10 минут, почти в соседнем доме есть музей. В апартаментах чисто, нет никакого неприятного запаха, техника в хорошем состоянии и есть отопление. Источников света в номере достаточно, большой плюс за это.

Очень холодно, я включила батарею первым делом, как зашла в номер, но даже к вечеру было прохладно (но ночью держать отопление на высокой температуре не получается, потому что она издает шумы и мешает спать). Полы ледяные из-за этого, берите теплые тапочки для комфорта. Не хватает крючков для полотенец в ванной, непонятно, куда их приспособить, если только не на сушилку. Было бы славно, если бы был чай, по аналогии с капсульным кофе, который был предложен, а то покупать упаковку на пару дней пребывания не очень удобно

Двоповерхова вілла, чудове місце розташування. На кожному поверсі по два апартаменти. Просторо, чисто, гаряча вода і опалення супер. Швидкий інтернет. Комунікація з персоналом прекрасна.

У душі злив був забитий, вода дуже повільно стікала, будьте уважні. Запах каналізації і недостатня вентиляція.

Было очень чисто, в доме было достаточно посуды, белье было приятное. Дом находиться прямо около остановки, что для нас было важно. До пляжа примерно 8-9 минут.

Не очень понятен был момент заселения, сообщение о заселении со всеми кодами пришло прям в 16:00, не раньше. В нашем номере плохо уходила вода в душе, что вся ванная после 5 минут была в воде.

Apartamento confortável com um ótimo banheiro. Camas boas. Muito tranquilo e espaçoso.

O valor cobrado pelo estacionamento é caro. 25 euros para deixá-lo no fundo do quintal é excessivo e nada amigável. O problema é que se você não aceitar o pagamento do hotel pagará mais caro na rua ou terá que estacionar bem longe, pois a cidade não parece querer receber turistas.

court séjour relaxant en Normandie

Cette structure est située au centre d'Étretat, très moderne et spacieuse. J'ai été très impressionné par la grande taille de la chambre qui, dans notre cas, comprenait également une cuisine, une entrée et une salle à manger.

Le seul inconvénient est le parking payant et la chambre très chaude en été, un peu étouffante. Je recommanderais également d'installer des moustiquaires ! Pour le reste, tout est parfait.

Topverblijf in Etretat

De locatie was super, mooi appartement met comfortabele faciliteiten, Netflix op de tv in de slaapkamer

De douche liep niet goed door waardoor een gedeelte van de badkamer snel onder water liep. Te weinig toiletpapier voorzien. Privéparkeren is redelijk duur. Afwasmachine werkte ook niet zo vlot. Uitrusting van de keuken zou iets beter mogen (bv olijfolie in de keuken).

Mooi appartement maar slechte service en te duur voor wat je krijgt

Mooi opgeknapte appartementen. Zonde dat de buitenkant niet is opgeknapt en de tuin niet wordt benut.

Het water was niet aangesloten op de vaatwasser dus gaven we aan dat deze het niet deed. Dit werd in eerste instantie niet serieus genomen. Hij zou het gewoon doen. Dit terwijl de schimmel in de vaatwasser stond waaruit blijkt dat hij lang niet heeft gedraaid. Uiteindelijk heeft het personeel wel geholpen maar dit ging niet van harte. Het werd ons probleem gemaakt. Dit gaf ons geen fijn gevoel. Ook was de overloop afvoer in de badkamer niet aangesloten waardoor het water overloopt als je de kraan langer aandoet. Het water in de doucheput liep ook niet door, hierdoor wordt alles nat. De tuin is riant maar is niet onderhouden en wordt slechts gebruikt voor heel duur parkeren, 25 euro per dag. Dit terwijl er nauwelijks auto’s staan en de kosten van het appartement al flink zijn. Al met al zouden wij hier niet terugkomen.

Paar keer hoofd gestoten door schuine dak maar went snel Douchen zittend in bad door schuine wand valt niet mee, als je niet helemaal goed ter been bent of wat stijver dan heb je een probleem Warmte op zolder kon opgelost worden met ventilator
