La villa 10 HOTEL SPA

Very friendly staff, nice location. Just few minutes walking from the beach. Parking at the hotel is very convenient and necessary, as it can be difficult to find suitable parking spaces in the town. The breakfast is fresh, although the selection was a bit limited.

My first impression of the hotel was negative because upon arrival the hotel door was locked and no information about the code for the front door was provided. And then unpleasant situation happened, I called the hotel's contact number, said that I could not get into the hotel, the hotel manager said something to me in French, and then there was complete silence. I waited for 3 minutes and no one said anything more to me on the phone, but the call was not ended either. I could hear someone talking in the background. Only after I started knocking on the door without interruption, the manager came and opened the door, and continued to talk on the phone for another 2 minutes. I don't understand why she didn't open the door and let me in from the very beginning. It was windy and raining outside, and I was standing under the door getting wet. During the check-in, the same manager changed the number of my room for some reason, and judging by the hotel plan, the change was to a smaller room. The second hotel manager was very polite and friendly, asking how my day was, which was incredibly nice to hear. The room is quite dark and there is no way to turn on the heating, so I had to put on more clothes to keep warm. Also, from the very beginning, the drain in the washbasin was clogged, which caused inconvenience.
