Great location, good size rooms!

Room was a good size. Bunk beds and double bed for a family. Hotel was a great location to shops and restaurants.

Parking was 800m from Hotel and cost €20 which was more expensive then any other hotel I have visited.

Perfect stay over for one night in etretat.

Great position in the town center at less than 5 mins walking to the sea, the hotel is small but very cozy, the room with the porthole gave an impression of being at the sea side, the breakfast is excellent and there is a dedicated car park. The owner is always very kind and available to our needs

The opening of the reception at 16h is a bit limitating. (We arrived at 15.30 and had to hang around in the car until 16.00 because the city car parks were full). A mini fridge in the bedroom would be appreciated.

Price hike.

On arrival, Friday for one night only, the car park, which was a 15 minute walk from the hotel was quoted as 15 EUR but when we came to pay it was increased to 20 EUR. The owner said this was because Sunday, the day following our checkout was a public holiday? The room was already expensive and it felt like the hotel owner was just being greedy. Also, the bedroom had no bedside tables.

If comfort is not important for you then stay in this central location next to the sea

Very central location, but Etretat is tiny in general

A terrible hotel, I had to take a bus back to Paris the same day as I did not want stay in the facilities. Exactly the case when the greedy pays twice. The reception works only in specified hours, to have a luggage kept at the reception they charge 4 EUR per bag! Again, to pick it up one should be only in specific hours. Receptionists do not speak English or pretend not to be speaking, in general friendly but 0 help. The facilities are quite modest, no toilet supplies in the bathroom, the room was cleaned but I personally did not feel neither comfortable nor safe to stay here. I travelled solo, they charged me 2 EUR for city tax instead of one (on the booking.com) they do not allow booking for 1 person.

Bed Bugs in the room!! My husband & I booked a 2 nights stay. We were in room number 3, first floor. On our second night at 2:00 am we left our room due to the presence of several bed bugs! My husband got bitten so many times. As usual no one from the staff was there at night. We hesitated to contact them at 2:00am so we went to the car & slept there. (Knowing that the parking is far from the hotel). First thing we did in the morning was to check out & we showed them videos & pictures of the bed bugs all over the bed. They told us that they’ll call us in 2 days. (Now almost a week later, no one called us) knowing that I have a French number so it wasn’t that difficult to call me. Horrible experience with zero hygiene in the hotel! They didn’t offer any compensation or show any compassion! They acted surprised but with the number & size of the bed bugs, it’s quite surprising that no one complained about their presence before us!!!

Good location, rooms were nice and clean. Quiet place, we liked it. Staff doesn’t speak English but they understand English and we understood their French.

We parked right opposite the hotel and they told us that specially here it was free but then deducted 10 euro from our deposit. Wifi was not working at all in none of the rooms.

Bathroom needs some renovation and could have been cleaner. Hotel offers a parking which is not common in Etretat, it is however 700m away. Was not a major problem for us though.

Very small room Bath was ok Had a noisy night due to a drunk guest that had to be hospitalized at night.Walls are very thin. Parking is extra and far away .Quiet a walk trailing your luggage A deposit to cover for damage to towels is a thing of the past that we had not encored yet

Parking is really far away, if you forget something in your car you need to walk a lot, moreover you cannot access your car between 20:00 and 08:00. Charging 12€ for that for one night really didn't worth it.

Nobody was in the office when they said they were going to be. Vallet parking was a great idea but I could not find anyone so I could not go back to my car because I did not know where it was and didn't have the keys.

Comfortable rooms walking distance from seaside.

Free parking was a myth. We had to pay for middle of nowhere parking 10 min walk from the hotel 15 eur. This was not what was promised in description. There was city parking just around the corner with better facilities and same price.

Clean accomodation with nice staff

Friendly staff, we were able to book at the last minute as we were biking to Etretat and it was the last room available in the whole city. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary equipment.

Sound isolation is not very good, we could hear people talking in the stairs and in the rooms around.
