Smell of garbage next to the front door was overwhelming and wifi didn’t work
The view of and proximity to the ocean were nice.
Access to the front door is next to many smelly garbage cans. The Wi-Fi is so weak that it is effectively useless. Description of the property says that it has Wi-Fi, but the property wouldn’t give us any discounts. They said that they “don’t have strong Wi-Fi because of the mountains.”

The hotel name on booking.com DOES NOT MATCH the name on the physical hotel. No clear directions were given on where to park, how to find the place since it was a completely different name. no English speaking staff except the housekeeper. She was great but when she was not around it was more challenging (but this is my problem, not theirs!).

Fabulous location but very small room.
Great location, very helpful staff.
We had booked at another property owned by the same group 3 months earlier. only a short time before we got there we received a message to say the our booking had to be changed to another hotel as our booking was unavailable due to technical issues. in reality the building was being renovated!! if we had had more notice I would have considered other hotels. Maybe that’s why we were not told earlier. The hotel room was very small and for two with baggage was not ideal. Thankfully the staff carried our bags up and down to and from 3rd floor.
