Beautiful location, buildings and perfect rooms. Dinner in the bistro is really excellent. Staff is very helpful and attentive.
Our bathroom was really perfect but another client complained of not been able to shower for 2 days without any reaction from the staff.

Beautiful seaside town!
I like the view of the city from our room. I also liked the close proximity to town so we could walk to it, rather than move our car off the private parking lot.
Personal preference: I did not care for the heavy black furniture in the salon section of our room. I much more enjoyed the light and airy feel of the bedroom.

We were slightly disappointed. Superb view on the rocks but too much wear and tear everywhere.
This hotel has an outstanding view on the Etretat rocks, particularly beautiful to watch sunset, it is located in historical building, has two onsite restaurants and excellent breakfast choice.
The wear and tear in rooms and common areas is far too gone and calls for refurbishment, garden areas are also not maintained properly - weeds growing everywhere . Parking is on a steep hill with a narrow path to drive up - no service to park your car or help with luggage. Restaurant staff (bistro) a bit forgetful. If it would be 200-250eur a night -that’s fair for the location etc, but we paid 400eur a night and considering the positive reviews, nice photos, we were expecting this to be higher standards.

I was a bit disappointed in the hotel as it was so far out of the town and the food was not as good as I expected.
Property has character and a beautiful view of Etretat and the cliffs.
It is too far up a steep hill to walk into the town, you have to get a taxi.

Beautiful place to stay in Etretat
Gorgeous property with great attention to detail and service. The view and ambiance were outstanding. The food and drinks were excellent. We had a wonderful time exploring the town and making use of the on-site sauna. It was a very romantic weekend getaway. I would 100% recommend and would come again in the future.

Lovely place to stay, quite up market and quite special.
The only down side was the room was a little cold, with limited heating options.
