A must stay at this beautiful property

It was beautiful modern property at lovely Etretat.

Avoid taking heavy luggage as there is no lift . Fortunately we had car so we took only next day cloths n toiletries in a backpack

one night is ok.

location. just in the centre , first line from the sea. decent bed quality

outside it was +9 , inside was a bit cold. a strong smell of food and fry in the corridors, due to the bistro underneath. a very lack of soundproofing, we heard all the steps above us. in 10:00 checkout witch is quite early and with no negotiation

Belle chambre agréable, mais quelques points a revoir.

La qualité des prestations et la propreté. Meubles confortables. Vue sur la mer très appréciable ! La salle de douche est bien, la douche est grande.

Odeur de remontée d'égout... Ampoules du couloir de la chambre qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours. Le ballon d'eau chaude qui fait parfois du bruit (gouttes d'eau qui tombent pendant un bon moment...). Gel douche manquant (2 "shampoo" mis a disposition). Escaliers un peu etroits pour arriver au 2 étage, cela peut être gênant si grosse valise.

Appartement bien situé, avec vue sur la mer. Tout est confortable, la salle de bain est bien équipée.

Il a fait froid, nous avons essayé à de nombreuses reprises de mettre le chauffage mais nous n’y sommes pas parvenus. Le seul point négatif.

Zeer ruime kamer en zeer ruime badkamer, alles modern en schoon, koffie en thee mogelijkheden, fijn uitzicht, ruim bed.

Geen kledingkast om jas op te hangen.

Маленька затишна кімната. Із новим ремонтом. Було дуже чисто і затишно. Чудове розташування, майже на пляжі

На жаль, мені не пощастило і в цей період як раз проводили ремонтні роботи фасаду. Тому вигляд з вікна був так собі.

Great place to stay at Etretat, very pleasant experience

Modern, stylish place, great location, friendly and responsive host, enjoyable stay. Parking nearby and we were lucky to park on the street right downstairs and it is free from 7pm-9am, the restaurant downstairs is good for lunch and also provides take away

les attentes n'étaient pas au rendez vous

vue sur mer pour quelques appartements, les autres (dont celui que j'ai loué) sont à l'arrière et donc n'ont pas la vue sur mer! sans compter que de toute façon un échafaudage étais tout autour de l'immeuble (pas prévenu avant). Dernière choses une odeur d'égout remontait des évacuations de la salle de bain. cordialement

Tout neuf intérieurement bien accueilli avec café super bon et refais à neuf pour ça rien à dire

Coter isolement pas top car les voisins quand y monte on les entends sinon satisfaisant à mettre des matelas plus dure pour ceux qui on mal au dos

Schönes Zimmer aber viel zu teuer wenn Bauarbeiten getätigt werden

Schönes neues Zimmer, Ausstattung zweckmäßig.

Leider hatte es ein Baugerüst vor unserem Fenster und der Balkon mit Seeblick nicht benutzbar. Auch die Aussicht war natürlich total eingeschränkt. Am Morgen waren Bauarbeiter vor unserem Fenster am Arbeiten. Ich hätte mindestens eine Preisreduktion erwartet unter diesen Umständen.

Tout prés de la mer, équipements top, trés bel espace

la vue était un peu gachée par l'échafaudage et le départ trop matinal, 10h, mais la logeuse a été agréable et nous a permis de partir à 10h45

Super situation et très jolie chambre

Chambre vue ville au 1er étage car last minute. Chambre très propre et refaite récemment, tout est nickel ! Très bien situé car a 1min de la plage.

Pas très bien insonorisé (chambre située à côté de la pièce de ménage) et check out à 10h maximum… dommage de ne pas pouvoir laisser ses bagages non plus !

La chambre était superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été enchantés par le calme et la beauté des lieux. Un grand merci à Dorothée, très gentille, disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
