La propreté, la déco, l'emplacement au cœur d'Étretat et de ses petits commerces.
Dommage de n'avoir rencontré aucun humain. Par contre, aucun souci de "technologie" pour arriver à la chambre et un échange téléphonique sympathique 😉

L’emplacement est central et les chambres spacieuses
Pour 250 euros la nuit, au premier étage, il ne faut pas s’attendre à une réelle vue mer ». On voit d’abord et avant tout le parking devant l’établissement puis un bout de mer. J’ignore si aux étages supérieurs c’est beaucoup mieux. La porte d’en bas doit être améliorée car elle claque sans cesse dès qu’une personne rentre et sort.

vue sur mer pour quelques appartements, les autres (dont celui que j'ai loué) sont à l'arrière et donc n'ont pas la vue sur mer! sans compter que de toute façon un échafaudage étais tout autour de l'immeuble (pas prévenu avant). Dernière choses une odeur d'égout remontait des évacuations de la salle de bain. cordialement
