The stay was alright, the location made up for it.

Very good location, everything was close by the hotel (beach, restaurants, bakery, viewpoints). Private parking. Friendly welcome at the reception. Good communication beforehand.

Great location for short stay.

Staff is very friendly & helpful with quick response time to messages. Clean. Nice decor. Water, coffee, tea, & Wifi included in room. Double room is small, but more than adequate for a short stay. Parking is included, but be aware that it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Narrow, winding staircase to room but staff helped carry our large/heavy suitcase upstairs. Not ideal for anymore with mobility issues. Cute, comfortable sitting rooms on top floor for anyone to enjoy. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. within a short walk.

La localisation, la déco charmante, le parking

La pression très faible de l'eau chaude de la douche, le sèche-cheveux dont l'embout n'est pas le bon, le manque de propreté de la salle d'eau ou du plateau qui contient café/thé, le fait que l'absence de petit-déjeuner ne soit pas clairement annoncé dans la confirmation de réservation ni dans le message de pré-arrivée

L'emplacement et le parking

L'arnaque sur le montant de la taxe de séjour... On nous a demandé 10€ pour la taxe de séjour pour deux personnes pour une nuit, j'ai fait confiance et j'ai payé. Je regarde sur internet et je constate que le montant aurait dû être de 2 euros ... Très déçu de ce genre de comportement ...

accueil sympathique et situation en centre ville, à proximité de la mer et proche des commerces et restaurants. Chambre très propre et personnel de nettoyage discret et tres sympathique. Parking à disposition, inclus dans le prix de la chambre : atout précieux car le stationnement en ville est quasi impossible et excessivement cher

cuvette wc très instable, en déséquilibre. Très désagréable à l'usage... la porte de douche n'a pas pu etre entierement fermée et est même sortie des rails de fixations. obigation de sortir de l'hôtel pour se rendre au lieu du petit déjeuner situé à 500 mètres.

Det fanns ingenting… personalen var inte på plats, det var stängt och vi fick veta det efter att vi bokat och betalt… personal kom och öppnade till hotellet men upplevdes oerhört forcerad och oengagerad.

Goed centraal gelegen hotel.

Vriendelijk en hartelijk ontvangst door de receptionist. Betaalde parkeerplaats van het hotel. Parkeerplaats ligt iets buiten het centrum van Etretat en is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het hotel. Kleine maar schone kamer. Midden in het centrum van Etretat. We waren eerder dan de inchecktijd aangekomen bij het hotel. Dit was geen probleem. We konden onze bagage achterlaten en Etretat ontdekken.

In de avond is Etretat snel uitgestorven. Etretat is echt een dorpje met veel dagjesmensen.

Un prix un peu trop élevé pour l'établissement.

L'endroit est sympathique et l'emplacement idéal. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée. La jeune femme de l'accueil était très agréable.

Malheureusement la chambre est mal isolée, le matin on entend très vite les mouettes. Réveil 6h30. On a aussi eu une odeur très désagréable venant des canalisations de la salle de bain qui a duré pendant plusieurs heures même en ouvrant les fenêtres et en activant la VMC.

SUPER SEJOUR

Si vous venez à Etretat, ne passez pas à coté de cet hôtel. Littéralement à 3 minutes à pied du bord de mer, il a un parking privé qui est très appréciable surtout un week end du 14 juillet. Nous avons eu le plaisir également de manger un pokébowl ainsi qu'un ramen au restaurant en bas de l'hôtel et c'était excellent. Nos hôtes ont été top, accessible. Je recommande à 100%

Le literie pas confortable pour le dos, les oreillers trop plats (réveil avec des douleurs au coup) pas top lorsqu’on est en road trip moto, parking trop éloigné

Pour maximum une nuit

- Localisation centrale à 3 minutes des falaises - TV avec services de streaming (YouTube & Netflix)

- Chambre très mal isolée (on entend tout le bruit extérieur, des rues notamment). - Pour ceux qui aiment l'obscurité totale la nuit (comme moi d'ailleurs), il n'y a pas de volets, seulement de simples rideaux qui ne bloquent ni la lumière du matin ni l’éclairage public (voir la photo prise à minuit en bas). - La grande surprise : l’hôtel n’accepte pas les enfants (notre fille a 4 ans). Pour loger à trois, selon le réceptionniste, il fallait soit réserver deux chambres, soit ne pas réserver du tout (alors que dans les conditions générales, il est précisé que "tous les enfants sont les bienvenus", sans limite d'âge). Finalement, un compromis a été trouvé : payer un supplément de 20 € (non mentionné sur Booking, évidemment) et envoyer un message précisant que j'acceptais la responsabilité de ma fille. - Taxe de séjour de 5 € par personne (plus chère que celle de certains hôtels 5 étoiles ou palaces). Même si c’est mentionné, cela n’empêche pas que cela ressemble fortement à une arnaque. - Salle de bain trop petite

Kein warmes Wasser. Sehr wenig Wasser in der Dusche. Der Parkplatz für das Auto war 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Unterkunft entfernt. Chack-in war nicht organisiert. Es gab keine Informationen dazu. Das Bett hat massiv geknarrt. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt, also nicht geheizt und trotz "Superior-Zimmer" sehr klein.

Alles super! Hatten spontan eine spätere Einreise eingeplant und ein Late-Check-In war mehr als unkompliziert möglich. Leichte und schnelle Kommunikation - somit alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit Super ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit, alles in allem ein toller Kurzaufenthalt.

La facilité d'un parking à 10 mn de la chambre L'accueil et les échanges avec l'hôte. L'emplacement idéal

La chambre trés petite. L'insonorité inexistante, peu de place a l'intimité. Besoin de masque sur les yeux pour dormir si vous êtes sensible a la lumière car pas moyen de cacher la lumière du soleil. La propreté de la salle d'eau moyenne, trace de calcaire sur les robinets et paroi de douche pas très propre ainsi que le fonds de la cuvette des toilettes qui pourrait être revu.
