Le prix …légèrement au dessus de la prestation… Le mobilier de terrasse n’avait pas été préparé,j’ai du le nettoyer pour l’utiliser 🙃

The wonderful view and the seafront location are, unfortunately, the only positive aspects of this place.

The overall impression of the apartment is that it has long needed renovation and, above all, a proper deep cleaning. The shower is located essentially right in the bedroom, which is not very convenient in itself, and in our case it was also clogged: the water drained poorly and constantly overflowed onto the floor. However, the veranda was the biggest disappointment. In many ways, we chose this apartment specifically because of it and the stunning view. Yet upon arrival, the table and seating were covered in a layer of dust and bird droppings. I had to spend about 40 minutes cleaning everything before we could even sit there. I am attaching photos of the veranda’s condition at check-in. I immediately informed the host, but was told that everything had supposedly been cleaned before our arrival. Judging by its condition, the veranda clearly had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. Inside, there were also many small details that reinforced the feeling of neglect: personal items and blankets on the kitchen shelves, artificial flowers, and an old used dish sponge left in the sink. Additionally, there was mold in the bathroom.
