great location, very simple appartment with only basic, with no possibilities to park if latger vehicle and with very ig

the location of this property is great! but if you book also bcs you will have the parking spot make sure your car is not too big as there is a construction directly in from of the entrance gate and simple with bigger/ wider car you cant get inside and you need to find and pay extra for street parking for whole day… and it is busy location so sometimes is not easy

teh facility and the management od the property never responded on any questions or request, they never call back. once they were called by customer service from booking.com they call us back and the guy was really arrogant.

Accueil: - Arrivée bien préparée par la conciergerie, État général - Bien placé - Globalement propre

Accueil: - Accueil physique le lendemain mais sans état des lieux et sans suivi des problèmes soulevés la veille au soir État général - Sol RDC abimé: revêtement craquelé à plusieurs endroits, très glissant même non mouillé - A partir du matin : odeur intense provenant de la boulangerie WC - Manque une poubelle - Un seul papier WC et 1/3 très bas de gamme pour 3 personnes et 4 jours alors que le papier est prévu dans le descriptif SDD - Evacuation de la douche difficile Salon / SAM - Pas d’info du WiFi car uniquement un répéteur est disponible Cuisine - Vaisselle et batterie de cuisine insuffisants (2 verres à pied dépareillés pour 3, pas de plats, 1 saladier, pas de théière, pas de couteau à huîtres…) - Plaque de four très sale - non nettoyée - Pas de grille-pain alors que prévu dans le descriptif Chambres 1 - Pas de tables de chevet - Pas de lampes de chevets - Pas de rangements ni penderie Chambre 2 - Manque une lampe de chevet - Pas de penderie (un pauvre valet…)

Квартира как на фото, вместительная. Отличное местоположение

Очень сложно заехать во двор. Очень мало места на парковке. Большой минус - постельное белье за дополнительную плату.

Décevant pour un week-end

L’emplacement, centre-ville

Linge de maison payant et hors de prix (20 euros les draps auquel il faut rajouter 2.5 pour une serviette). Meme pas un rouleau de papier toilette alors qu’on a loué pour deux nuits. Pas de minimum de thé ou café, pas de savon. Une chaise cassée à notre arrivée.

Lokalizacja, jest najważniejszym i najjaśniejszym punktem tego mieszkania.

1. Ukryte koszty- zabookowalam apartament w styczniu, a dzien przed przyjazdem (31lipca) dowiedzialam sie, ze musze zaplacic za posciel 10/20 e od sztuki i 2.5 euro za recznik. Czy to nie jest zwykle naciaganie? Mieszkanie kosztowalo mnie za 8 dni 1350 e plus 52 e za reczniki. 2. Zostawiono nam mydło do rąk w łazience w ilości 35 ml plus 1.5 rolki papieru toaletowego na 4 osoby na 8 dni 3. Mieszkanie znajduje sie nad piekarnią i przez cały czas jest tam goraco jak w piekle. Nie ma klimatyzacji, więc ciagle jest cieplo. Musisz mieć cały czas otwarte okna, a piekarnią zaczyna prace od ok.4 rano wiec masz codziennie pobudkę o 4 rano. Piekarnią pracuje cały tydzień. Piekarnią jest świetnym miejscem i ma doskonale wyroby, ale losie. 4. Jeśli jeździsz dużym autem to parking nie jest dla Ciebie, o parkowaniu pickupem lub busem lub suvem zapomnij. 5. Kontakt z obiektem jest tylko wtedy, kiedy chcą od Ciebie kasę lub uregulować płatność. Nigdy nie spotkałam sie z takim traktowaniem. Nie odpowiedzieli na żadna moja wiadomość.
