Schönes, gut gelegenes Haus mit viel Platz und tollem Außenbereich – ideal für entspannte Tage in Étretat.
Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer in einiger Entfernung. Zwei Terrassen und ein gepflegter Bouleplatz (inklusive Kugeln) laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Grill ist gut nutzbar, die Küche ausreichend mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet.
Bei der Selbstversorgungsausstattung ist nur das Nötigste vorhanden, z. B. nur eine Klopapierrolle pro Toilette. In der Beschreibung war nicht erkennbar, dass man auch einzelne Stockwerke buchen kann.

Krásné prostorné ubytování, čisté a s veškerým vybavením. Saunu jsme si moc užili. Klidné místo, které vybízí k odpočinku. K moři se dojde krátkou procházkou. Dáváme pět hvězdiček

Un séjour de qualité
Le logement est spacieux et propre, avec de grandes pièces, notamment la salle a manger au RDC qui est top pour les repas pris en commun. Plutôt bien équipé dans l'ensemble. L'emplacement est parfait, dans un écrin de verdure, entouré de plusieurs terrasses et recoins idéaux pour se prélasser. On aperçoit la mer au loin, le cadre est reposant. On accède aux abords des falaises en à peine 15-20 minutes à pied. La ville est accessible à pied aussi (attention à la montée sur le retour !) en 15 minutes. Un sauna est à disposition, dans un endroit atypique : un ancien pigeonnier reconverti. Cela ne plaira pas à tout le monde mais aura le mérite d'être insolite. Le personnel chargé de l'accueil/départ est agréable et courtois. Grand parking.
Propre dans l'ensemble mais quelques détails devraient être plus soignés (toiles d'araignées, quelques fourmis dans la pièce de vie). Literie OK mais oreillers un peu moyens. Impossible de régler le thermostat, verrouillé dans toutes les pièces (cheminée à disposition, nous avons fait un feu le premier soir mais n'avons pas réitéré, trop long à chauffer). Pas top en termes d'insonorisation (murs et plancher - on entend les pas de ceux qui marchent à l'étage). Pas de TV dans la pièce principale au RDC, elle est dans une chambre d'appoint et ne fonctionne pas très bien. Wifi moyen, nous avons dû utiliser le partage de connexion de nos téléphones pour assurer le suivi de nos activités professionnelles. Rien de dramatique, cela n'a pas eu d'impact fondamental sur la qualité de notre séjour.

* spijtig genoeg was er 1 sofabed in een volwaardige kamer
