Excellent apartment

This is a well-furnished, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect. Overlooking the beach, you can sit and watch the sea and the sun go down in the evening. You will have the constant sound of waves hitting the shore, seagulls and beach life. A special mention for Antoine, whose communication throughout was excellent.

Gorgeous Location and the view

The rooms were spacious, amazing views, witnessed the sunsets from the room itself. The host even recommended various restaurants and certain hikes. All in all an amazing experience.

the was two doors with glass panel each and the doors could slampe closed and so break any glass door easily. It happened to us. Sad.

Perfect stay, there is no better place from which to enjoy Etretat!

Could not have a more perfect view of the beautiful Etretat coastline. Steps from the beach and from the eastern cliffs. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Host was responsive and accommodating. Dedicated parking spot. Basically everything to make for a perfect stay!

Location, location, location. Well maintained, perfect for the size of our group. 2 good-sized bedrooms, the views were as good as the pictures provided on the website. The sound of the surf from the apartment. Claudine’s welcome and information that she provided. Cleanliness.

The only downside was that the shower was difficult to use without water spraying on the floor and around the shower. Although Claudine had warned us and explained how to manage the curtain around the bath, it was still difficult. However, we managed because once the 1st of us realized the problem, the rest of us (3 of 4 of us) took baths instead. The bath was wonderful; however, we ran out of hot water… not a problem because the last of us, just waited to take the last of our baths.

Room with a view of the sea. In the apartment you can hear the sound of the waves and the view in the morning is breathtaking. You can drink coffee with the rising sun. The owner recommended restaurants with good food and suggested where not to go.

Excellent location with outstanding views

Great location next to the promenade, with mesmerising views over the sea cliff and arches. Clean modern interior.

The entrance to the property is a bit grubby and untidy, shared with the restaurant and is overpowered by kitchen smells. However you leave it all behind when you get into the apartment on the 3rd floor.

Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Wohnung besticht durch den einmaligen Blick auf die Felsen.

Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes wurden am angrenzenden Gebäude umfangreiche Arbeiten durchgeführt, das hat für etwas Lärm gesorgt. Dafür konnte der Vermieter aber nicht. Der Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes müsste unbedingt renoviert werden, oder wenigstens sauberer gehalten werden!

Juste « waouh » une adresse à garder précieusement !

Ce logement est exceptionnel! Quel luxe d’avoir une magnifique vue à chaque fenêtre! Logement décoré avec soin et tout le nécessaire est à disposition! Antoine a donné énormément de conseils sur les balades, restaurants, à proximité! Le jeu de piste pour la boîte à clés a plu à nos enfants. Parking protégé. Cet appartement est placé en plein cœur de la ville, nous nous sentions privilégiés 🥰 Le flipper était un petit plus très apprécié 🥰

Il serait « gonflé » de trouver quelque chose à redire de ces lieux!

Top Aussicht und gute Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Stellplatz mit Tor gesichert. Kommunikation mit Vermieter unkompliziert per WhatsApp.

Gebäude selbst war baufällig nur die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und renoviert. Die Garage ist für Mittelklasse nicht nutzbar.

Die Lage ist einfach gigantisch. Direkt am Meer. Praktisch ist auch die Garage. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Vom Gastgeber gab es vorab alles an Infos, die wichtig sind, angefangen von "wo finde ich den Schlüssel", " wie geht das Tor zum Hof auf", " welcher Schlüssel ist für welche Tür" usw. Dazu gabe es noch Infos zu Restaurantempfehlungen und Läden in der Nähe. Super! Es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Die Felsen sind der Wahnsinn und ein tolles Fotomoitv

Etwas unpraktisch ist die Badewanne, wenn man sie zum Duschen benutzt. Eine kleine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo etc wäre praktisch. Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es eine 10
