Helena hosts a lovely property. Communication was excellent. The home is spacious & nicely appointed. Excellent amenities. Tip: orange zone parking in front of the home. 3 day parking passes can be purchased for €30. The meter issues weekend passes but they work for any 3 day window.

Excellent location with easy access to city center. We would definitely recommend this house.

The location was perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere.

The only complaint is there weren’t fans to use in the bedrooms. It got very warm at night.

Ideal place to stay in Etretat!

Very charming and clean house, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The contact with the owner is very efficient and friendly, which is a huge plus in my book. No question is too much! We stayed with 4 people in the house, and we didn't have any issues with space. Large dining table combined with a well equipped, open kitchen leads to cozy alternatives when you want to stay in for the night. Everything from restaurants, to supermarkets, bakeries and tourist attractions such as the cliffs, the beach and the city centre is within minutes of walking from your doorstep. We will definitely revisit in the future!

A fan or some form of airconditioning would've been nice if you're coming on hot days, some nights we had trouble cooling down the house. Other than that, I can't say anything negative about our stay.

Everything you need for relaxing after climbing the cliffs of Etretat!

Helana, our host, was in touch with me by lunchtime on our day of arrival, so I had no worries about readiness or access to the property later in the day. The property is a new renovation, and you can see the care and attention that was put into making this a truly comfortable, well-equipped place. The location was great for getting into town, and though it is street parking, even on a day when there was a festival in town, we had no trouble parking almost right in front of the house. We cooked breakfast every day and one dinner and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the linens, especially the towels, were exceptional. The bathrooms were all very nice, too. There was a washer AND a dryer. We are in the middle of an extended trip, so this came in very handy. This was the 7th property we stayed in, so when I exclaim that the living area with a real sofa, and table and chairs was comfortable, I really mean it! The internet was great, and the TV was generously set up for streaming. It was the perfect place for a rejuvenation in the middle of our trip...

The only real note that I would add for awareness is that the stairs to the 1st level are a vertical spiral - beautiful, but tricky to navigate if you have any mobility issues.

Очень уютный , стильный дом. Хорошо укомплектована кухня. Достаточно шкафов. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины ( оказалась полезной, потому что дважды промокали под дождём). Розетки рядом с кроватями. Регулируемое отопление.удобные кровати. Важный момент- на второй и третий этаж ведет винтовая не широкая лестница- для людей в возрасте или с ограниченной подвижностью забраться наверх ( тем более с чемоданом) может быть непосильной задачей .

Очень ранний чекаут. До 10 утра не успели позавтракать и помыть/разложить посуду ( освободить посудомойку, как требуют правила дома). Отсутствие душ геля, шампуня. Обычно в апартаментах есть то, что нельзя провозить в ручной клади. Вода очень пахнет хлоркой. Но это наверно минус водопровода , а не места проживания. Обе ванные на втором этаже. Ночью спускаться с третьего этажа по винтовой лестнице - мега бодрящее мероприятие.

Casetta stupenda

Letti comodi, casa pulita, possibilità di check in autonomo, lungomare raggiungibile a piedi. Siamo stati tutti estremamente felici e soddisfatti, la casa ha tutto, anche lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Perfetta per un viaggio di gruppo tra amici ma anche per coppie, molti bagni e molta privacy. Torneremo sicuramente.

L'unica piccola cosa che consiglierei, nulla di imprescindibile ma che potrebbe rendere più confortevole l'uso della vasca da bagno come una doccia, è di mettere un anellino a muro in modo da poter fissare il doccino, e mettere una tenda intorno alla vasca. C'è da dire che la doccia che c'è nell'altro bagno è assolutamente perfetta, spaziosa, elegante e molto rilassante.

Er was veel ruimte Dat was heel fijn Woonkamer, keuken, 3 slaapkamers Twee badkamers : 1 met douche ander met badkuip Je had overal rolluiken Twee wc’s was ook fijn Huiseigenaar was prettig communiceren Erg behulpzaam via de app hier of je kon ook bellen/whatsappen Ze was duidelijk Je kon met een sleutelcode naar binnen

In de straat was het alleen betaald parkeren Was wel lastig als je met eigen auto bent Het huis rook muf. Eigelijk heel het huis wel Ik vond het niet erg schoon Ik zag vooral in de badkamer hier en daar haren In de douche en wasbakken badkamer Ook de wc’s en wasbak daarvan was niet zo schoon Vloer ook niet schoon Ik zou hygiëne een klein vijfje geven Wat ik ook minder vond was dat je je eigen afval mee moest nemen en bij uitchecken ook alle lakens eraf moest halen Dit vond ik eigelijk best gek dat dat moest

Fijn verblijf - aanrader.

We hadden een zeer leuke vakantie. Het huis is niet groot, maar zeer goed ingericht om er zonder probleem met 6 te verblijven. Het huis is zeer practisch ingericht, met kwaliteitsvolle toestellen en meubilair. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zonnig terrasje. We hebben de gastvrouw niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie was zeer vriendelijk en correct. Wij komen zeker terug.
