Great location, nice, clean and cozy apartment, owned by a wonderful host.

Perfect location, great host and ideal for our family. Great place, close to everything and all you need is available in the apartment.

I was prepared by the other people their reviews that parking was going to be hell and it honestly was… it took us a long time to find a spot, but we moved the car later to the little market where we could easily unload the bags. We had to search a little how to get in, but the beautiful Italian store is owned by the same owners, so just get inside there, buy some wonderful Italian products whilst getting your keys 🙂

Nice space in the heart of Étretat!

The property is really well located, you can find everything on walking distance. The couple bedrooms are spacious and beds are good! We were four people and it was super confortable.

We had a problem with the TV, it was not working, but it didn’t bother us much. Our flat didn’t have a view to the falasias as expected. And there are lots of stairs, can be hard for people with difficulties.

For those who love historic buildings, this is the perfect place to stay. I was traveling with my daughters, so safety was my top priority—and as female travelers, we felt 100% secure. Julia, the host, runs a lovely shop right below the apartment. She’s amazing—super friendly, and she speaks English, which is a great help for anyone who doesn’t speak French. The apartment was prepared with great care, truly like a 5-star hotel. Julia takes exceptional care of her guests. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Carrefour and ideal for exploring the area. The space is perfect for families and can comfortably accommodate up to five people. A small note: the apartment is spread over three levels with a somewhat narrow spiral staircase, so carrying heavy suitcases up can be a challenge—but not impossible! :) A wonderful market (even weekdays mornings) is right next to La Famiglia. And don’t forget about the Gardens of Étretat. It’s a walking distance from Julia’s place!

The playroom on the groundfloor was so good for the kids. The location in the middle of the town with proximity to all the necessary shops was super. For a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) the apartment is spacious, comfortable, super warm, clean and well maintained. Also well equipped with kitchenware to cook meals.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a retro touch, it was very well equipped, charming, and comfortable. The host was welcoming and gracious and ensured our stay was pleasant. Excellent restaurants on adjacent street. Wonderful for couples, families and groups of friends, highly recommended.

Property does not seem suitable for kids below 5 years old as there are multiple stairs and the kids room is on the first floor while other rooms on the second. . was difficult to lock the door, there was no instruction that you should put the door handle upwards before locking the door. was not super clean: hair in the bathroom drawers, dust. was asked to throw away my garbage, there was no instruction where to throw away garbage.

Great location; close to the shops, dining and beach. Plenty of room for 6-7 guests to sleep comfortably; we only had 4 in our party. Neat and clean.

As an older building it has steep staircases. This could be a little more challenging for an older adult; however, not an issue for the younger. Also, it’s location can lend itself to nearby noises from restaurants and birds.

The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to stores, restaurants and the beach. Market day is on thursday, with plenty of things to see and buy. The apartment is very pleasant, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a full kitchen, great living room. Julia (host) was very attentive to our needs, being available when needed. Just a wonderful, enjoyable stay in Etretat, in this apartment.

The location of this apartment could not be better - close to the beach and cliffs, shops, a marché and bakery, and to maybe the best restaurant in town, La Flotille. It's quirky, charming and spacious. Julia is a fantastic hostess - kind, welcoming, and happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. We had a great stay!

Super location .Close to beautiful beach, headlands and bays, shops, cafes, restaurants. Everything was just a few steps from the front door. A fabulous little seaside town. The little flat was ground floor and had everything you might need for a few days.

The shower floor needs a good shower mat as it is very slippery. The wardrobe needs some more coat hangers.
