Be uncomfortable and stay here to sponsor the accomodation next to trash bins

We like that the trash bins are right next door! Close to city centre and a busy road, and unmaintained garden.

The room was so small that we could not even unpack our bags easily. We paid a lot of money for un uncomfortable place and hurt our toes to the bed. Worst stay ever and unhelpful Lucie. We did not get service we wanted and a half toilet roll. This hotel only wants to make money and does not care about guests.

The building itself and the surrounding were charming! Amazing style like the time has frozen in a different century. Very good location - close to center and beach but still away from the crowds, so it was peaceful.

Unfortunately the bed covers were too heavy and hot and as we were during the heatwave it was difficult to sleep comfortably. The pillows were too big and unfortunately there was a strange smell in the bedroom.

This hotel doesn't have a reception, they only communicate through Booking. They don't open the gate for you, which was really frustrating since I had to wait outside to see if someone would let me in. They couldn't find my payment, which Booking had already discounted over a month ago, so they wouldn't give me the code to enter. It was exhausting because it was 9 PM and they told me they stopped attending at 10 PM."

Authentic and comfortable - highly recommended

Amazing stay! The Villa is very beautiful and had everything I needed. Check in and check out were simple. Location is good, it’s close to the beach from which you can walk to all main attractions. Grocery shop (Carrefour), boulangeries, and restaurants are also in 5-7 min walking distance Great value for its’ price

Очень красивая Вилла.Внутри впечатлили старинные детали интерьера.Очень доброжелательное отношение. Мы приехали раньше и нам любезно предоставили инструкции как и где мы можем оставить свой багаж. Тоже самое было и с отъездом. Месторасположение великолепное.Близко от остановки и к достопримечательностям. Достаточно понятные инструкции о ключе. Приятный комплимент в виде бутылочки сидра. Владельцы даже побеспокоились о кофе,чае. Все было очень комфортно. Нам всего хватило. Обязательно вернемся ещё. Из рекомендаций для других гостей,я бы рекомендовала с собой иметь тапочки и шампунь (в ванной имеется гель для душа и жидкое мыло), а также дополнительные средства на счету для внесения депозитной суммы. Я в спешке делала бронирование и не прочла в деталях инструкции, поэтому заняло какое-то время стоя под воротами, пока объяснили инструкции и списали деньги.

Всё понравилось и всё было отлично! Этрета и ее гостеприимство оставили наилучшие впечатления!

J’assume ma part de responsabilité : je n’ai pas suffisamment vérifié les conditions de l’établissement au moment de réserver, et le prix attractif a clairement pesé dans ma décision. Cependant, la communication de l’hôte a été ambiguë : il m’a d’abord indiqué que la caution dépendait de la banque ( 10 fois le prix de l’hébergement = 500 euro ) et que cela ne poserait pas nécessairement problème. En réalité, sans caution validée, aucun accès n’est fourni — ce que j’ai découvert trop tard. Résultat : réservation payée, mais impossibilité de s’installer. Aucun remboursement, aucun geste, aucune solution. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement à la dernière minute, évidemment plus cher. Conclusion : pour une seule nuit, avec une caution disproportionnée par rapport au prix du séjour, ce logement ne laisse aucune marge et transforme facilement un week-end en stress coûteux.

Très mal dormi

L'emplacement au centre ville

La chambre était minuscule. Impossible d'y rentrer une valise, d'y circuler à deux. On ne peut poser ses affaires que sur le lit, donc quand on dort, c'est par terre. Gros problème d'aération. C'était étouffant. Il s'agit sans doute d'un garage pour une voiture qui a été réaménagé en chambre, coincée entre les poubelles et la buanderie. On y accède par une porte vitrée qui nous sépare du parking à voitures. Donc bruyant. Pas possible de laisser ouvert sinon tout le monde nous vous. Pas d'aération possible. La vapeur de la salle de douche ne s'évacue pas, donc problème d'odeur et de moisissures. La petite fenêtre de la salle de douche s'ouvre avec beaucoup de difficulté. Enfin au moment de la réservation le parking n'était pas compris dans le prix donc il faut encore rajouter 25 euros par jour.

Le lieu est magnifique. Une très belle architecture et décoration. Un emplacement géographique très très stratégique. Le silence et le confort de la literie.

Bien que le personnel soit très disponible et réactif à distance, je dois bien avouer qu’un accueil humain serait plus chaleureux. Je me suis presque senti livré à moi-même alors que les instructions étaient claires c’est évident mais quand même lorsque j’ai téléphoné pour avoir un renseignement, j’ai eu droit à un SMS en réponse pour me dire qu’il était préférable de discuter par message. J’ai trouvé ça très froid.

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, oscura y nada cómoda; prácticamente no se podía ni caminar dentro del cuarto. El costo por perro por noche era excesivamente alto, lo que hacía que el precio final fuera casi el doble de lo normal. Para empeorar la experiencia, incluso el estacionamiento dentro del alojamiento tenía un costo adicional. Además, cobran una retención o garantía inicial que no se devuelve hasta después de 7 días. Por temor a posibles problemas con la devolución de esta garantía, no escribí este review inmediatamente después de la estadía. En general, fue una experiencia muy negativa.

Logement charmant annexe de la Villa typique qui est sublime ! L'appartement est rénové avec goûts, la literie est super confortable. L'arrivée autonome est un superbe système également !

Il est regrettable que le prix du parking soit si élevé surtout en basse saison - et qu'en + un supplément s'applique si on veut stationner jusqu'à 14h00..

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et la bouteille de cidre normand offerte ♡ nous sommes venus pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint et nous avons apprécié cette attention :-) très joli logement, parking bien sécurisé, emplacement idéal à proximité des resto, boutiques, casino et plage (400 mètres). Top pour un weekend en amoureux :-) on reviendra avec plaisir !

La résidence n’autorise l’entrée qu’entre 16h et 19h. Après que nous avions payé pour la réservation non remboursable, l’hôte nous a informés qu’après 19h il serait nécessaire de fournir les données de la carte de crédit afin d’obtenir la clé électronique. Elle nous a envoyé un lien pour obtenir cette clé. Le lien de paiement de la clé ne fonctionnait pas. Je le lui ai expliqué. Elle nous a envoyé un nouveau lien et a échangé avec nous sur WhatsApp jusqu’à 22h, sachant que nous n’y arrivions toujours pas. Malgré cela, elle ne nous a pas transmis la clé électronique, alors que le paiement de l’hébergement via Booking avait déjà été effectué et était garanti pour elle. Nous sommes arrivés devant la résidence, nous l’avons appelée, nous lui avons envoyé des messages, mais elle ne nous a pas accueillis. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans solution. Nous avons payé pour un service qui n’a pas été fourni. Cela a été très frustrant. Nous vous contactons pour demander la restitution du montant payé, ainsi que des dommages moraux.

Gastfreundschaft nicht zu erwarten

Nicht zu empfehlen! Leider kann ich keine Angaben zu dem Zimmer machen, da ich die Unterkunft gar nicht erst beziehen konnte. Wir standen vor verschlossenem Tor. Da wir keinen Internetzugang hatten, war auch kein "Suchen nach dem Türcode" in meinen E-Mails möglich. Die angegebene Telefonnummer führte nur zu einer französischsprachigen Mailbox, meine Nachricht wurde nicht beantwortet. Mit dem Auto vor der verschlossenen Tor zu halten, war auch nicht möglich, da eine stark befahrene Straße an der Unterkunft entlangführt. Meine Rückforderungsanfrage wurde allerdings sofort beantwortet, sie wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung: Meine Übernachtungsanfrage war von der Unterkunft abgelehnt worden, weil ich keine Kaution von 500 Euro hinterlegt hatte. (Das vorab bezahlte Geld für die eine Übernachtungsnacht wurde jedoch trotz der Ablehnung angenommen) - P.S. Eine Bestätigung der Buchung lag von Booking.com vor, von einer Ablehnung hörte ich übrigens erst in dieser Antwort.

manque de clarté des modalités lors de la réservation : c'est la première fois sur "BOOKING" que l'on me demande une caution pour pouvoir récupérer les clés de ma chambre. télévision pour la Décoration : pas de chaines programmées. pas de possibilité de regarder un film : code obligatoire. pas de rangement pour les bagages : pièce recevant un lit et laissant un léger couloir pour les sanitaires manque de renseignements ou conseils pour le petit déjeuner

De mooie villa en de ligging op loopafstand van kust, winkels en restaurants.

Ronduit slecht geregeld is de regeling rondom de borg van €500. De link om deze borg per creditcard te deponeren faalt opzichtig (ook bij andere gasten, merkten we). Als gevolg daarvan hadden wij bij aankomst enkele uren geen toegang tot het gehuurde appartement en konden we bij afwezigheid van een receptie buiten in de kou en later in de regen wachten tot uiteindelijk de toegangscode tot het appartement verstrekt werd. Schandalig! We kregen per mail het verwijt de borg niet drie dagen eerder geregeld te hebben, terwijl we het appartement pas één dag eerder geboekt hadden. Niet echt klantvriendelijk! Ook de hygiëne liet te wensen over: de wastafel liep nauwelijks door als gevolg van de haren van vorige huurders. Daarnaast was de als uitstekend aangeschreven WiFi in de praktijk in het bijgebouw Floral niet te gebruiken.

Locatie is super. Veel ruimte en een grote aanliggende tuin.

Inchecken met een code verliep niet vlekkeloos, de telefoon werd niet opgenomen en voordat we naar binnen konden stonden we een tijd te wachten.

La salle d'eau avec un petit lavabo et aucune tablette ou meuble pour y mettre les affaires de toilette. L'écoulement faible de la vidange du lavabo, siphon sans doute obstrué. Couvercle du WC en mauvais état.

Pour un séjour idéal dans le centre

L'emplacement est idéal. Le logement est bien configuré (caution 500€), le parking disponible (15€/nuit) ainsi que la possibilité d'avoir son animal de compagnie (25€) sont de beaux atouts. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit mais le logement est clairement destiné à de plus longs séjours.
