Worth every cent. Had a very lovely, relaxing stay during our travels home. Definitely recommend this nice place

It can be busy on the streets, but you hardly hear the noise inside and it’s not a party crowd.

Eventually, you will get into your apartment, but be ready to improvise and spend time on it

- The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the city centre and 1 minute from the coast. - The living room deserves special praise. It's very elegant and tasteful! - The shower, toilet and kitchen have been renovated and look very fresh and clean.

- As mentioned in other reviews, there is basically no key handover, and everything happens randomly. No one provided us with any information in advance or met us upon arrival. They also did not answer our calls. (However, about half an hour after we called, they sent us information via iMessage). Since we couldn't get in touch with the host, we looked for the right door ourselves at the address, and after I randomly tried a few door handles, a janitor came out and opened the key-box for me, as I didn't have the code at that point of time. He was very friendly, spoke a little English, opened the right door for us and showed us everything. - There is no free parking, and city parking is very expensive, or you will have to park quite far away. - The third bedroom-mezzanine is very uncomfortable.

Adorable spot in Etretat!

Location location location!! Love the old living room that takes you back in time with the record player and wood paneling while the rest of the apartment has been beautifully updated. Just steps from the beach. It was fabulous.

Nothing we didn’t like, but getting inside was a bit confusing. There is just a door outside with a keypad and the number 5 above the door. After entering the code you go inside and then straight through another door which leads straight to a wooden stair case. You climb two sets and there is a box on the left of the door on the left where you retrieve the key. But the door you need to open was the large double door that was straight ahead…two padlocks to open with the key there. The listing says there is a washing machine but I never saw one. Maybe it was located somewhere else in the building because there were 3 keys and we only used the one for the main door. I also never figured out how to turn on the ac units so I left the door open over night. Instructions for those may come on handy in hot summer months. We would stay again though. The place is fabulous!

Fabuleuze

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à Etrétat Prestige, en famille avec nos deux enfants, et nous venons des Pays-Bas. Ce fut une expérience absolument magnifique — un vrai prestige, comme le nom l’indique. L’intérieur de l’espace de vie est un véritable bijou : il crée une ambiance unique et apporte une réelle valeur ajoutée au séjour. On sent qu’il a été pensé avec goût et souci du détail. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était présent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le tourne-disque avec le vinyle d’Édith Piaf — un détail plein de charme qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus spéciale. Les chambres sont très belles, les matelas confortables et la literie douce. Nous dormons habituellement dans un lit double de 180 cm à la maison et nous craignions que les lits de 160 cm soient un peu petits, mais ce n’était absolument pas le cas : nous avons dormi merveilleusement bien. Les espaces sont chaleureux et agréablement chauffés. La kitchenette est pratique et bien équipée, notamment avec une machine Nespresso très appréciée. L’emplacement est également parfait. Un mot particulier pour le concierge, Hassan : il s’est vraiment donné la peine de nous aider, en portant nos valises, en nous guidant vers le parking et en passant le lendemain pour vérifier discrètement si tout allait bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Toujours présent sans jamais être intrusif. Une personne attentionnée et très professionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement accueillis et choyés. Sans hésiter, l’une de nos meilleures expériences en B&B — et cela à un prix très raisonnable. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Félicitations l'endroit est vraiment superbe très bien placé. La pièce principale est vraiment authentique et c'est un vrai plaisir d'y être. On état de la salamandre où nous avons été très bien accueilli par le patron. Nous avons pu parquer nos bicyclette dans l'entrée entre guillemets ce n'est pas extraordinaire mais ça va. On a beaucoup aimé le contraste entre la pièce principale et les chambres ultra modernes derrière choix avec bon goût.

dans la mezzanine, il manquait peut-être quelques prises pour recharger les téléphones à côté du lit, mais de toute façon c'est déconseillé à cause du risque des batteries lithium. Dans la pièce principale, les tableaux sont accrochés beaucoup trop haut , il faut placer le milieu des tableaux à 1,70 m. les éclairages du plafond devrait être dans un blanc plus chaud, c'est-à-dire 1700/2300 KELVIN

emplacement au top. Appartement très spacieux et atypique. chambres et mezzanine spacieuses. Propreté impeccable et litterie très confortable. Très bon séjour avec un accueil immédiat dès notre arrivée. Propriétaire très agréable ainsi que l'accueil d'Hassan. Je recommande pour un week end en famille ou en amoureux.

Juste un petit détail utile, une prise multiple serait pratique à laisser dans la cuisine (une seule prise existante)

Magnifique appartement totalement atypique et tellement proche de la mer et des falaises ! Au top ! Merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir laissé entrer un peu plus tôt que prévu, car nous étions trempés après une balade sur les falaises dous une pluis incessante !!
