Be careful rip off by the parking

It is very close to the beach and restaurants there. Walk just like 1 min. The room was clean and utility was good as well.

The manager sell us his parking for 25 euro and did not tell us it was so far away. We park at public parking which is very close the apartment. He told us that parking will be 45 euro but it is actually 5. Shame on the manager for lying about it just try to get money. He also doesn’t speak any English which makes it almost impossible to communicate. Last, as he takes us to the apartment, he stops on the way and talking to some lady and totally ignoring the fact that we have four people pulling luggage and waiting for him. I will never go there if there is any other choice.

A modest but clean apartment whose main advantage is the location...in a minute you are on the beach. The owner is a very kind and welcoming guy, willing to help you when needed. Top!!!

A charming house with a spectacular location

Charming old house right in the center, very close to the sea. Listening to seaguls and pebble stones of the shore. A lot of nice fish specializing restaurants a couple of steps away.

Not comfortable beds. The shower in the other bedroom was peculiar, but it works. The private parking offered by the host is 10 minute walk away. However, in this old town, there are no good options either.

Confused about the shower in the room but it wasn't a big inconvenience. The toilet didn’t lock (the door itself closes, but there was no latch). No iron and no big mugs and glasses. I think this is all easy to fix (except for the shower of course). The owner has just started renting out the apartments.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la plage. Il est équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire à un court séjour : cafetière, linge de lit, serviettes de toilette, ustensiles de cuisine…rien ne manque et la propreté est impeccable. Parquet bois pour une ambiance très cosy. Nous y avons passé un très agréable réveillon à quatre en famille.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, confortable et très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis , le propriétaire est très sympa et prévenant, l’appartement était chauffé pour notre arrivée . Le petit déjeuner était copieux et convivial.

Super week-ends et très belle endroit

L’endroit est vraiment génial au centre de tout pas besoin de voiture tout se fait à pied et surtout en face de la mer l’appartement est propre et nous étions à l’aise nous avons été accueilli par Cedric qui a été très sympathique et de bon conseil merci

L’arrivée est à 17h pour récupérer les clef je trouve cela un peu tard surtout si ont vient que pour 2 jours et le départ à 10h

El aparcamiento está muy lejos, a unos 12 o 15 minutos andando. El tamaño de las camas era un poco pequeño para 2 personas. Se echaba en falta café, lavavajillas...

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtige ongeving waar van alles te doen is.

De ligging van het appartement is super goed, 1 min van het strand. Etretat is een heel leuk stadje en je kunt van daaruit van alles doen: hiken, kanoën, fietsen, lekker eten, winkelen etc. De accommodatie was ruim, heerlijke hangbank voor het hele gezin en de keuken war top.

De tweepersoonsbedden waren te klein. We hebben niet heel goed geslapen. Er was geen was- en vaatwasmachine. Dat is voor een gezin op vakantie wel heel fijn als dat er is.

Een ruim / groot appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers keuken en een ruime woon-eetkamer. De ligging aan het strand was perfect. Prive parking aanwezig. Een lift is aanwezig. Cedric was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Hôte très sympathique et arrangeant ! Appartement propre , spacieux , très bien équipé et très bien situé . Petit déjeuner copieux pris à l’hôtel où nous avons récupéré les clefs . Parking gratuit à réserver à 800m , très pratique dans une ville où le stationnement est difficile et payant !
