An ideal place to stay in Entretat!

The location, view, and spaciousness of the property was outstanding. It was also well equipped and nicely furnished.

4 flights of stairs to walk up was daunting and parking was expensive, but all worthwhile. We had some trouble with the key lockbox but managed.

Narrow staircase, bathroom not really comfortable, no private parking space (and not enough public parking spaces then pricing by 3 EUR/h between 9 am and 7 pm limited to 5h, free between 7 pm and 9 am)

Comfortable accommodation with a great location.

Very close to the sea and promenade with an elevated view and good sound insulation. Spacious, clean and appropriately furnished.

The concierge service. We are English speakers and used to more personal and responsive interactions with the property owners. Responsiveness was erratic and impersonal.

Квартира очень старая. В ванной ржавый полотенцесушитель, с него опадает краска. Поверхностно-чисто, но в доме грязно, очень давно не было генеральной уборки. Нету кофе, никакого. Нет шампуня.

Bellissimo ma pulizia non all'altezza

Spazioso, luminoso ed arredato con ottimo gusto. Ottima posizione e vista mare. Quando si entra si ha subito unìottima sensazione di accoglienza. La gestione disponibile ad incontrare le esigenze dei clienti.

La pulizia decisamente da migliorare: non ce la siamo sentiti di usare la cucina, ho addirittura trovato capelli nel bollitore; il divano ha ormai una colorazione tendente al marrone; anche in bagno ho trovato capelli attaccati alle pareti e macchie sul pavimento. Alcune parti necessitano di manutenzione. Purtroppo avevamo grandi aspettative su questo appartamento, vista anche la cifra importante, ma siamo rimasti delusi dalle condizioni di pulizia. Peccato perchè è molto bello.

門口三個密碼鎖鑰匙盒，分不清楚是哪一個，花了很多時間；找wifi密碼找很久，浪費很多時間溝通，秘密又非常的長；許多用品因為擺放為了好看，但是使用非常不方便；洗衣機不知道怎麼把門打開；支付城市稅的時候，被告知沒有零錢可以找；要上樓的梯非常陡又狹窄，不利行李搬運

Gran bel riposo in un posto splendido

L’appartamento arredato con gusto, ben ristrutturato, ampio e molto luminoso. Peccato però che in bagno mancassero del tutto prodotti per l’igiene personale (nemmeno una saponetta) e che in cucina ci fosse una macchina per il caffè (modello nespresso) senza alcuna cialda per la colazione ( sempre trovate in altre strutture).

L’ingresso e le scale del condominio non sono all’altezza, presentano cattivo odore e muffa. L’host, seppur avvisato per tempo dell’orario di arrivo, si è fatto attendere 10 minuti. Non ci è stato dato il resto per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno: solo 40 centesimi, ma aver fatto finta di niente non è stato carino…

Superbe appartement duplex parfaitement bien situé

La vue sur la mer est magnifique. L’accueil est très sympa. L’appartement duplex est vraiment superbe et parfaitement bien situé devant la plage et à l’entrée de la rue commerçante et entouré de délicieux resto.

L’éclairage du salon/salle à manger est minimaliste. A l’étage, l’escalier pour descendre n’est pas protégé (pas de porte, pas de barrière). Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous car nos enfants sont grands mais à savoir pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âge.
