This was one of the best apartments we've stayed in. It felt like home.

Very spacious apartment. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner. We were delighted to find an oyster knife, which we bought at a fresh seafood store. Incredibly comfortable bed. Snow-white bedding. The bathroom is spotlessly clean!

We were there in February and it was about +7 outside, the radiators were not always hot, although I set them to 5, but sometimes they were cold.

Great place to relax by the seaside for a few days.

Great location close to beach and supermarket. South-facing apartment -- so very sunny. Pretty view of the village. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

The front entrance is not as nice as the apartment itself. SO we were a little concerned when we arrived. But upon opening the apartment door, we saw the place itself is lovely.

Great and relaxing

We stayed last May. We had a relaxing few days vacation. All places you want to visit in Etretat is very accessible by walk. The flat is big for 2 person and very recommendable for a family of 4 to 5. Very good wifi connection. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The owners of the flat is very helpful and accommodating. We left a phone at their place and they sent it back same day we left. Thank you! 😊 Since it is a flat in a building expect some noise from above floor. The flat is in the second floor, so it is not advisable to have a big and heavy luggage because the building doesnt have a lift. Nevertheless, we will definitely stay here if we will visit again 😊

Little gem of a flat

The flat was lovely. Private off street parking was very handy. Once in Etretat, you don’t need the car anymore, everything is in easy reach from the flat. Small supermarket and Boulangerie 2 minute away. 3 of the best restaurants in Etretat are on the street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Just a note that the flat is on the second floor and the stairs are very narrow so a bit tricky if you have big luggage.

Exceptional

Nice, well-kept apartment, great location in the center. An additional bonus is that there is a private parking space near the house (in the center this is rare).

Of the shortcomings, only the noise from the neighbors is reconciling (stamping, especially a child), but this is inevitable in any apartment, if there are neighbors, and here there are wooden floors. By the way, the neighbors were local, went to work and it was very quiet.

Etretat est magique ! Le tout à pied porte bien son nom.

Appartement très très bien situé avec parking privé. Intérieur spacieux et chaleureux et bien équipé . Le plus, c’est la literie! Un grand lit confortable, et après une journée de balades c’est essentiel. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. On reviendra, c’est certain.

L’appartement est fonctionnel et confortable, à proximité immédiate du front de mer, des restaurants et autres commerces. La place de parking incluse dans l’hébergement est très appréciée.

Séjour sans voiture, tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement "Tout à pied" porte bien son nom!!

Appartement spacieux, bien aménagé, avec une place de parking privée dans une cour fermée (ce qui est un grand avantage à Etretat où la moindre place de parking est payante !!). L'hébergement est idéalement situé, plein centre, proche de la plage et des falaises, à deux pas d'un petit supermarché, des boulangeries, d'une boucherie, des restaurants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Emplacement parfait, et belle surface d'appartement. Bien tenu. Excellent suivi des propriétaires.

L'immeuble est mal insonorisé. Malheureusement le samedi tôt le matin, les occupants de l'appartement au-dessus ont déplacé des meubles, et passé une brosse sur le plancher pendant plus d'une demi-heure. On les entendait parler forts et ils semblaient être dans la même pièce. Dommage.

Gute Lage, nah am Strand; gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Wohnung ist geräumig.

Ankunft mit Schlüsselübergabe verlief recht holprig, da bei unserer Ankunft zunächst niemand vor Ort war (trotz vereinbarter Ankunftszeit). In der sehr engen Straße kann man nicht stehen bleiben, daher mussten wir zunächst mal weiterfahren. Vorab-Info über die Situation hätte geholfen und uns einigen Stress erspart. Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, von innen allerdings besser als man von außen erwartet.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles sauber und ordentlich. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist TOP - privater Parkplatz sehr von Vorteil. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Würde dort jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung, bestehend aus Küche, Bad, Durchgangs-Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, liegt zentral und ruhig. Zu Fuß sind es wenige Minuten zum Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nur einige Schritte entfernt.

Die Decken/Böden sind im Altbau schlecht isoliert. Man hört die Schritte der Bewohner der Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk.
