Het is een ruim huis met alles wat men nodig kan hebben. Zeer kort bij de zee en het centrum van Etretat. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaars verliep vlot. De supermarkt naast de deur is zeker ook handig.
Sommige delen van het huis kunnen een verflaagje gebruiken. En installatie van airco voor wanneer het heel warm is zou zeker ook een meerwaarde zijn. Maar gezien de zeer democratische prijs kan je dat misschien niet verwachten.

Le gite est très bien situé, au calme et proche des commerces, des falaises, de la plage...nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans une maison pleine de charme et bien amenagee. Petit plus pour les jeux de société. Echeanges cordiaux avec les hôtes. Aux petits soins....

The house couldn't be more central so it makes it easy to enjoy Etretat and its surroundings.
There is a noticeable musty smell throughout the house, to the point that our clothes smelled musty when we left. I understand that old houses can be damp, but using a dehumidifier would be very helpful to get rid of the humidity and smell and improve the air quality. The bathroom could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning, as dust has accumulated in the corners and along the edges.
