Cleanliness wasn’t great. Place smelt damp and mouldy. Super tiny detached toilet without a mirror, broken toilet paper stand. No aesthetics at all.

The parking place was for me difficult to get too as we drive SUV and the space was small and complicated to fit into. Took me 30 minutes in the moring to get out. But it could be my problem. :-)

Only location and available parking.

Horrible smell with high humidity and no house ventilation. Apartment is not comfortable. Apartment planning is strange: bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, living room and toilet on the first floor, kitchen is on the ground floor and another bedroom is underground. Staff were not pleasant.

Great location

Great location, was really closed to the beach and the cliff and really of everything . Parking at the courtyard was a pluspunt.We even manage to put 2 cars. Everything u need for cooking was present in the house. The owner was very friendly via chat communication. Theres a bakery Just almost next door. Theres a towel and the beddings are already made. Theres a fridge. Cosy house. When u enter the house is directly the kitchen , theres a room in the basement. 1st floor is the living with sofabed and the toule is there too. and the 2nd floor is the 2nd room and the bathroom with bath.

The house need a thouroughly cleaning. Theres still a lot of dust in the corners. The paint some area's of the wall are falling off maybe it needs some update. In the kitchen was a bit small place but we manage to sit all while eating. Parking at the back of the house is a bit crappy if u want to go in and out. Need a lot of maneouvers.

The house is perfectly located at the heart of Etretat, perfect for doing everything on foot. The house is charmingly higgledy piggledy and cutely decorated.

The parking space is very tight to get into with a larger car, but there is a parking space and that is priceless in Etretat!

Suoer cute apartment. Family of 5 -four teens. Plenty of space. Comfy. 4 level apartment. Hot water, good wifi. 5 minute walk to the beach. Great location. Parking available.

Parking spot was a bit tricky for someone not used to European small spaces. Refer to the photo on their listing for the correct space . First one on your left. Had to have all my kids outside telling me if I was close to hitting something while backing up.

Good for the location, and really medium for the confort.

The parking: we couldn't park our car (Navara). The house was free for sure the last days before and we were a bit frozen inside: I ask one heater for the top flour and the next mornig another heater for flour 0. Not enough space in the kitchen and we were 5. Not easy to prepare food and to eat. 2 separate small tables.

Lovingly created 4-story house

It is a very lovingly created narrow 4-story house with an excellent location 2 minutes' to the beach, across from a wonderful bakery. The kitchen has everything you'd need plus a fireplace (we didn't try it). Parking was tight for our big saloon car, but we managed and it is right around the back, a quick walk. Staying here is great for someone who is fit (!) because it's four floors with the only bath at the top, and the toilet is only one floor lower.

The narrow steep steps to the toilet would be difficult for young children or people with mobility issues, and the single bath on the top floor bedroom might be awkward for two couples, but for a family of 3-4 people with children around age 8-12 who can share a double bed, it's probably perfect. For us as a couple, it was a bit pricey at EUR 100 in November.

LA SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE et les équipements de la maison sont très bien, mais attention aux escaliers très étroits qui ne sont pas indiqués pour les personnes âgées ou les enfants en bas âge.

Impossible de regarder la télé, pas de mode d'emploi et message resté sans réponse à la personne que nous devions contacter en cas de problème. Comme il pleuvait, nous aurions bien aimé regarder une émission:. dommage !

Удобно на 1-2 ночи . Нам понравилось расположение, 350 метров к морю , есть своя парковка, на кухне есть всё необходимое.

Лестницы на 4 этажа , постоянно приходится ходить , то вниз , то вверх. Но в целом мы остались довольны, для краткосрочного проживания хороший вариант.

Дуже сподобалось розташування по факту 3 великих ліжка можна сміливо 6 людей розмістити і є все для приготування їжі і холодильник.

Дуже жаркі і важкі синтетичні одіяла . Принаймні на верху) ( беріть з дому мабуть свої) і парковка є але заїзд на великій машині думаю для дівчини буде майже нереальний. І кидають в інтернеті фото єлектрозарядки то вона не працює. А якщо і є якийсь секрет то завчасно питайте який бо потім звʼязок обривається) а так враження тільки позитивні.

Все отлично! Прекрасный и уютный домик, в самом центре, в целом, было все необходимое, в том числе для приготовления пищи. Хозяин все время на связи и оперативно отвечает.

maison petite, propre sur 4 niveaux avec Parking

la maison est bien placée, le parking est juste mais très pratique

il faut noter que cette maison est sur 4 niveaux : on accède au rez de chaussée à la cuisine petite mais bien équipée, 1 chambre au sous sol, au 1er le salon et un Wc et une chambre au 2° . la salle d'eau est collée à la 2° chambre, ce qui complique un peu lorsque nous sommes 3. ne convient pas à des personnes ayant des difficultés avec les escaliers (au sous sol colimaçon). pour une étape à Etretat, très bien.

Bien, pour un court séjour.

Proche de la plage, nombreux équipements, literie ferme - mais oreillers trop mous à mon goût. Pour info : le logement est répartie sur 4 étages avec cuisine et coin repas à l'entrée, salon avec TV et WC au 1er, chambre et salle de bain (sans WC) au second, et une autre chambre en sous sol, le tout connecté par des escaliers en colimaçon. Les pièces ne sont pas très grande mais correctement aménagées. La penderie de la chambre à l'étage se résume à une barre - avec quelques cintres - au dessus de l'escalier. Tout cela ne m'a pas dérangée et m'a rappeler ma jeunesse, mais pourrait rebuter les personnes qui s'attendent à un logement classique. Et cet escalier peut être vu comme un petit entrainement pour grimper sur les falaises !

L'accès à l'emplacement du parking privatif est étroit : difficile de se garer. J'ai du faire une longue et lente manœuvre pour réussir à m'y faufiler sans abimer la carrosserie, et j'ai une Peugeot 208. Par chance, il n'y avait pas d'autres voitures de garer aux emplacements voisins quand je suis arrivé si bien que j'ai pu faire demi tour - une fois que j'ai eu repéré quel était le bon emplacement - et me garer (avec beaucoup de difficultés) en marche arrière. Au départ, idem, lente manœuvre pour sortir (avancer doucement, tourner, reculer un peu, tourner un peu, avancer un peu, tourner un peu, reculer un peu ... jusqu'à pouvoir sortir). Il y a même une passante qui m'a regardé faire, malgré la pluie, se demandant sans doute comment j'allais sortir de là. Heureusement que je n'avais pas prévu d'utiliser ma voiture pendant le séjour ! Les seules avantages : pouvoir voir son véhicule depuis le logement et ne pas avoir à chercher un emplacement pour se garer - sauf si vous avez un véhicule imposant ! Autre point négatif : le flexible de la douchette n'est pas suffisamment long pour être tenu au dessus de la tête - et je mesure 1m63, et il n'y a rien pour l'accrocher en hauteur. Personnellement, j'aime bien me laver sans avoir à tenir le pommeau en permanence !

L'agencement de la maison. Je sais que l'on ne sait pas pousser les murs d'une maison mais on s'est senti oppressé. L'accès à la chambre d'en bas est assez compliqué, et les meubles placé dans la cuisine prennent trop de place.

Les points forts de cet hébergement sont sans aucun doute son emplacement et sa place de parking juste à côté.

Pas de volets dans les deux chambres, uniquement des rideaux et les escaliers assez raides ( surtout pour la chambre en sous-sol), manque une chaise pour déjeuner à quatre sur une table
