This is a very cozy and atmospheric holiday home. You sleep very sweetly in it, as if the seagulls are singing a lullaby to you. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the sea is just a two minute walk. Right next to the house parking 10 euros / day. The house has everything you need for cooking, there is a coffee machine and a washing machine. Fresh towels and linens were provided upon arrival. thank you very much for your hospitality ❤️

After making the booking, and I was not able to cancel the booking, the owner asked for a 500 euro deposit, which was not part of the terms and conditions of the booking. After a short correspondence he agrees to withdraw from his demand and all was good.

The gîte was great, cozy and very confortable. Pauline was very kind. location was perfect, near parking space (free after 7pm so only had to pay until that time)

Un séjour agréable dans une maison bien située, confortable et bien équipée, avec un hôte réactif

La maison est idéalement située. Le logement était bien chauffé à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable avec des enfants. Les lits sont confortables et les équipements parfaitement adaptés pour un court séjour. L'arrivée autonome est aussi très pratique.

Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le lave-vaisselle dans un premier temps, toutefois le propriétaire est intervenu rapidement pour régler le souci. Les poêles mériteraient en revanche d’être remplacées afin d’améliorer le confort en cuisine.

Bel emplacement et bon logement !

L'emplacement de ce gite est parfait ! plein centre pas trop dans le bruit non plus ! le logement est bien disposé, au rez de chaussée l'espace salon et salle à manger avec la cuisine, les 3 chambres sont chacune à un étage ce qui permet d'avoir une bonne intimité.

Il manque des verres au niveau de la vaisselle, de même quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage n'était pas allumé et la maison était à 17, cela aurait été appréciable d'avoir une arrivée un peu plus confortable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la chambre du haut sous les combles car il y faisait vraiment très froid.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden immer wieder kommen

Es war ein gut gelegenes,geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus.Man war in wenigen Minuten im Ort und am Strand.Der Ort war sehr belebt und man hatte alles was man so braucht.Wir haben sehr lecker in Restaurants gegessen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Das Außengelände haben wir nicht benutzt,da es nicht so ansprechend war. Die Parksituation war im ganzen Ort eine Katastrophe.Wir haben 20 Minuten entfernt vom Haus kostenlos geparkt.Aber an manchen Tagen war es so voll,dass man auch dort keinen Platz gefunden hat.

Le cadre est super mais pas confortable

Le cadre est super ! La petite maisonnette a un beau charme et fonctionnelle On est à deux pas de la Falaise et de la plage, au centre de Étretat Et accepte les animaux

- La porte menant à la cour est cassé - la porte de la cour qui donne sur la route ne ferme pas ( compliqué ayant un chien) - ce n’est pas un jardin mais une cour sans herbe - La literie n’est pas du tout confortable, le canapé s’affaisse ( bas de gamme) - La maison n’était pas très propre en arrivant ( poussiéreux, la hotte encore sale, chauffe serviette avec plein de poussière dessus, Wc pas propre ) - L’alaise en enlevant les draps est pleine de taches, il faudra penser à la changer… - Le parking est très très cher 5h30 50€ à prévoir un budget en plus, ça aurais était sympa de le préciser dans l’annonce -il manque un essuie main Dans les commentaires précédents on voit que certains problèmes reviennent régulièrement, il faudrait y remédier 😕

Fischerhaus mit Charme

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Bei Flut konnte man bei offenem Fenster die Wellen am Strand hören (vorausgesetzt die Möwen waren leise😉). Das Haus hat den Charme eines alten Fischerhaus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Parken auf dem Parkplatz außerhalb des Ortes ist auch über Nacht kein Problem. Wir hatten uns für den gebührenpflichtigen entschieden (ca. 5 min. Gehweg).

Was für manche Gäste ein Problem sein könnte ist das recht enge Treppenhaus. Und vielleicht der Boden im unteren Schlafzimmer, der eine leichte Neigung hat, was beim ersten Mal ein Gefühl von "Seegang" vermittelt, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Die Terrasse ist nicht so einladend.
