About this house rental
Come breathe in the fresh air and enjoy one of the most beautiful regions in France.
This unique family-friendly vacation rental is close to all attractions and amenities.
It’s located 2 minutes from downtown & a 7-minute walk from the ocean and the famous cliffs that line the magnificent Etretat beach.
My home is approximately 100 m² and features, on the first floor, an entryway opening onto the garden and a courtyard where you can unload your luggage.
The entire house opens onto the garden—a well-maintained space where you can enjoy meals and soak up the sun.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area.
Upstairs, there’s a first bedroom, followed by a landing area with a sofa & TV that can serve as a guest room.
Finally, a very large bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet complete this property.
Both bedrooms are furnished with 160×200 beds.

This property is in a perfect location just off of the waterfront in town. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. There is no parking at the property so you have to find a spot at a remote location down the street. The kitchen is small but decently provisioned. The host prefers to contact via WhatsApp. We received no check in instructions prior to our arrival, but the host was receptive and spirited things out quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Location, location, location: A short walk to the center of town, and close to the pebble beach. If arriving by car, there’s a driveway so that passengers and luggage can be dropped off, however free parking is about 1km away, or paid parking 350 meters. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Access to bedrooms via stairs. Problems with the Vrbo app meant check-in required the help of the neighbor, but once communication was established all was well. We enjoyed our stay.

Die Lage und Umgebung ist natürlich wunderbar. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants u.s.w. 5-7 Minuten zum Strand.
Im Haus war alles sauber, modern, frisch renoviert. Küche verfügt alles zum Selbstkochen, sowie Geschirr und Besteck, Küchengeräte.
Obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde, fehlen aber:
-Internetzugang(LAN sowie WLAN)
-TV Anschluß (keine Antenne verfügbar)
-Waschmaschine
-Bügeleisen
-Parkplatz (ist nur kleiner Einfahrt zum Ausladen. Sonst muss man selber den Parkplatz finden)
-Grill
Sonst war alles perfekt. Wir haben schöne Zeit gehabt und Wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht! Sehr zu empfehlen!
