This is a beautiful and spacious house in an excellent location—right in the center of Étretat and with the huge bonus of having a parking space. However, potential guests should know that the bedrooms are in the attic. In the hot summer, it gets brutally hot up there, and the fans provided don't really help.
We lowered our score because of an unpleasant issue with the bed linen. Only a day before arrival, we were asked to pay an extra fee of around €50 for essentials, which was never mentioned during the original booking. We managed to resolve the issue after a discussion with the owner, but it definitely left a bad aftertaste.

Ligging midden in centrum met parkeerplek. Mooie zitkamer en keuken met lekker terras. Keuken prima geoutilleerd.
Op de bovenverdieping heeft maar een van de twee slaapkamers een eigen toegang tot de WC. Deze loopt via de andere slaapkamer, waardoor je de trap af moet om naar het toilet te gaan. De gehuurde handdoeken waren dun en slecht. De parasol op t terras konden we niet open krijgen.
