Good place for it price

The location is great, very close to beach and center, but also at small street so it’s not noisy. It is pet friendly and quite cozy.

First of all, owner asks for deposit of €300, which is not mentioned anywhere and you know it after you were fully charged and can’t cancel booking. I never had such experience, would be nice to have it written in policies so I could know it in advance. Renovation is quite cheap and not very good maintained, like doors in shower doesn’t close properly, kitchen doors are hanging off. Overall the apartment was clean but the ventilation in bathroom was awfully dirty

Agréable pour un week end

L'emplacement central, c'est très agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Maisonnette propre, quelques portes de placards à réparer. Le fait de pouvoir accueillir un animal est également appréciable.

Le matin de notre départ, nous avons reçu un message à 8h nous indiquant que nous devions libérer les lieux à 10h au lieu de 11h. Nous aurions aimé avoir ce message la veille afin d'éviter de rendre le logement dans la précipitation.

Très bon logement. Très calme. Logement très bien équipé pour un couple ou couple avec enfants. Tout à disposition. Charlène l'hôte de ce logement très à l'écoute, très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement.

Petit bémol manque une petite horloge à l'entrée :) Par contre c'est le stationnement près du logement qui est payant.

L'emplacement du logement avec tout ce qui est a proximité, l'attention du proprio sur le fait qu'une situation exceptionnelle nous a proposé un relogement provisoire dans de bonnes conditions sinon réaction rapide aux informations demandés.

A part d'y prévoir un budget de stationnement (parking payant a Etretat) à l'exception d'un parking gratuit sur champ qui nous rassurait, sinon RAS
